  1. ey all, Harlequin and chameleon are both brands of paint that "change colour" very expensive stuff. I feel that the best results are achieved when only a few colours are used. However a personal favourite technique is call marbleizing I think. Hopefully ill be learning how to do it in the next few months. Couldnt find and example of marbalizing however im pretty sure the stang has a similar concept to harlequin paint. james
  2. yess, the add is abit sus, it feature in the trading post about a month back and even then the bloke had "no ofers" or somthing to that regard in his advert. i suspect the owner is trying to squeez his dollar. However; has no one even botherd to look at the car in person?

    350 Chev

what year chev is that? where the jtr mounts used? what kind off figures is it putting out? finaly is that rule on instaling an 8 into a 240z applicable in victoria?.. sorry for the questions its just that the majority of z8 you read about are located in the US. truly your car is a great aussy example.
  4. i like the idea; not sure bout the vents, however i have often regarded a deep metalic blue with well matched silver stripes to be one of my favorit colours for a z. that or a silver z with black stripes. However i have spent three years dreaming and still dont have a z yet. ....ill get there one day though james melb, aus

    300hp?

ey all, just wonderin out of intrest, wat mods would it take to get 300hp out of a stock zx turbo engine in a 240z??? is efi the only way to go in this senario? or could one use somthing like a tripple 45ml weber set up? how much cash should i be looking at for putting out this kind of horspower. thanks james
  10. hi all, One of the blokes who gets the paper from my uncles news agency owns owned a new holden monaro. anyway the story has it that the car was stolen from in front of his house despite the immobilizes ect on these things. turns out the thieves had them selves a tow truck and simply pulled the car up while the owner was asleep, to make matters worse neighbors saw the car being towed away and thought the whole thing was legitimate. the car was insured so he got a new one althought the original hasnt been recoverd. never the less makes u mad to know of the extent sum people will go to.
