MANUAL AIR REGULATOR>>> All you need is a heat control valve from a 95-99 Camry or Avalon [part #74780], and a generic lever action choke cable [6 foot long, you can trim to size]. Make sure you get the valve with the bracket. You will have to bend or trim the mounting bracket a little, then you can mount it in place place with one of the bolts to your original air regulator. When finished you can use the lever to fully control your idle. Parts can be had for $30 on ebay.

I'm thinking about building one that is operated by a choke cable located on the console where the old 240z's had their choke lever. I think I could do it for under $50, and that way I could have full control of my idle. "SORRY FOR RESURRECTING AN OLD THREAD"...
  4. I talked to the guys at TECHNO... and they said the GM mount would not work on bottom, it is too thick, and throws off the angle. But if I keep my stock mount on bottom [even though it is beginning to fail], and add the RT mount with the stub, and it would work, because of the Sandwich effect... So i guess that is the thing I'll do... If I'm gonna spend 60 dollars, I'd rather do it in a way that would improve it over the stock item, that is prone to failure.
  5. So I can buy the Gm 31108 Mount for $28, and have a better quality mount than the factory differential mount which costs about $50? I'm running a stock L28, so I don't figure i need the R/T mount... but if I had the LS1 conversion, I would definitely consider it.
  6. QUESTION: Why can't you use the GM 3-1108 mount in place of the your stock differential mount?
