Anyone interested in buying my 1971 240Z V8. Some of the details are: 383 SBC Stroker Motor (est. HP 400-450) with aluminum heads, roller rockers and lifters, Turbo 350 Auto Trans with B & M Manual Shifter, Edelbrock Victor Jr. Intake with a Holley 770 Street Avenger Carb (vacuum secondaries), Edelbrock High Capacity Water Pump, Aluminum Radiator. Custom Interior with newly recovered bucket seats, Custom console with full array of Auto Meter Gauges, Datsun newly rebuilt R200 Open Rear with 3:70 gears, New Tires, 4 wheels disc brakes, Eibach Progressive Rate Springs, New floor and trunk, 16 gal fuel cell and rear mounted battery plus much more. Many of the parts I have listed are NEW. I have some pictures posted on my Gallery under Z8Chevy. The car is located in San Diego, Ca. and I am asking $22,500. I would not classify this car as a daily driver but it's fun to take it to shows and blow the doors off of upstart Mustang and Vette owners.

I've got a 1971 240Z with an R200 rear and a SBC 383 stroker motor. The beast is making around 450 HP and has worn out the rear end. I'm looking for a source who can provide a new ring and pinion set hopefully with a ratio of 3:70 (It currently has a 4:ll in it and that's to much). I'm open to any and all suggestions.

I'm having a difficult time finding a 3:70 ring and pinion set for the R200 differential installed in my 1971 240Z. Does anyone know where I can get the gear set?
