ok took seats out and unplugged connectors under driver and passenger seat. Also went with multi-meter and checked starter for good connections from positive cable and ground cable (both checked out good.) Double checked Fuse box all fuses good . unplugged and plugged back in connectors on passenger side. also unplugged seat belt connectors. Battery hooked up to charger on starting mode. Tried cranking and still no deal still zero volts going to spade on starter. at a lost now

Thank you zed head for the response. The battery is at full charge i made sure to have the trickle charger on it for 2 days and i checked with a volt meter. sorry if i forgot to mention this but the starter did not make any noises . i even took off the starter today and had it tested then removed radiator fan to turn the crank by hand to make sure it wasnt seized. Because the autoparts store guy was saying startings only spin up to 40lbs anything more and it wont spin. ill be checking if theres enough power going to starter tomorrow after noon then i will post updates my first carburetted car so im really at a lost .
