Patcon I had a question I looked up bad dog sway bar plates which I want to get now but the frame rails cost a little over $200 for the fight I think a little over $100 for the back but I saw them on zcardepot $89 my question to you is does “bad dog” make better frame rails replacements? Or are they the same thing?

I was wanting to know if it is worth it to spot weld the seams on my 240z if so is it worth it to do the whole car or just certain portions of the car? I want to use it for track racing and every day driving , also I was about to spray the car with rubber undercoating and I want to spot weld before if it’s better to do so. I know there are some pros on this forum they can give me the best advice

WOW can’t say I want to go as far as the eternals but I would like to some main pieces done. Is there a basic list of the parts I could get platted?

I am tearing down my 70 to 240z and before I put it together I want to get some parts plated just wanted to know if anyone happens to have a list of every part that I can get plated on my car before I put it all together?

I have learned that replacing everything on my 240z takes special fabrication, knowing someone that can help, and luck! ? so thank you once again ??

Patcon I’m trying to remove the wiper motor

Hoping someone can tell me how to remove this rubber grommet that holds the windshield wiper hardness cable does it pop off in half or do I have to cut off and buy a new one?

I’ve had to take part in my fenders on my car and is doing so I found out that a lot of my bolts washers lockwashers are either pretty worn and I had to pry out with the vice grip and destroyed them——I’m wondering if it’s best that I just go to my local hardware shop and buy the ones I need OR I have seen kits sold from different websites. Can anyone tell me what they think and if buying the kit which website I should choose to purchase them from? Thanks in advance

Thanks Zed Head I actually needed the measurements so I could get my weld in camber plates from AZC installed correctly and as for the type of Strut bar yes I will be looking for a tent style. Do you happen to know of a good brand I could use since the bolts will be missing after that section gets cut out?

I need to weld it in my camper plates on the front and back strut towers of my car I wanted to know if anybody knew the measurements from the center hole of the strut towers from right to left of the engine bay and the rear strut towers ?

Wow that looks awesome! And yea the mounts ont the front of the 240 are a little different but other then that it’s spot on??? let me know if you’re able to get the dash on without any issues k ?
