  1. I just ordered a set of brass plugs to replace the aluminum ones from zed saver. I would also like to take the balance tube out on my 72 240z for inpection , cleaning and gasket replacement? Should i leave it as it is and just remove the SS plugs, wrap teflón on the new brass ones and replug?
  2. I already have two heat shields installed. The stock one at the rear of the carbs and another aluminium one under the carbs. Thanks for keeping me away from buying an unnecesary electric fan.
  3. Just received an e-mail. No more Float Syncs. Ill have to keep up with the plastic tube sold by Ztherapy. I wanted something more accurate.
  4. Ive sent him emails and have gotten no response yet. Im really interested. Its a shame.
  5. Yes..but where? I tried on ebay and nothing
  6. Still waiting for a pair of these
  7. I have a question which has not been answered. Can one or two spark plugs that have been fouled due to traffic jam meaning some minutes of idle cause some random misfire? The reason i ask this is because the other day i experience some random misfire at 2nd and 3rd gear while cruising for a while after the engine experienced some idle during short stops and suddenly as i accelerated the misfire went away. Where should i look into? Im still considering it its worth replacing the fan clutch with twin electric fan to solve this issue or should i simply forget about this.
  8. I want a set of those! I bought a pair of the plastic hoses sold by Ztherapy and have been using them but these ones seem to provide more accuracy! Do you ship to Miami, FL?
  9. how exactly do you remove the ball end with the nose plier without breaking the plastic?
  10. I took a couple of pictures of one of the plastic ball ends of the long stock linkage that i have installed. Do you really think its worth all the hassle of removing the stock one and installing the other one? The plastic ball end does not look cracked just a little bit worn.
  11. The plastic ball cannot be removed by itself it seems glued to the metal part so the only option is to unscrew the complete part from the linkage stem. How do you clean the threads once you remove the part?
  12. I had to use a pressure plier to grip the linkage and another plier to remove the end with the ball shown in the picture. Is this the correct procedure? I wouldnt like to break the metal linkage.
  13. Well the linkage finally arrived but with 2 issues: the linkage is a littlr bit shortet than my stock one and one of the plastic ball ends is cracked. However the other end is fine. Is it recommendable to unscrew on of the ends and install it on my stock linkage? I will need to use a dremmel to sand the worn zinc plated scratched finish also. Anyone?
  14. I measured the fuel pressure of the airtex 8012 and the psi was 3.2
