  1. Hahaha... both are correct.... you make me laugh.. haha.. one is left and one is right side...right? Haha...
  2. And the mainplate is that steelplate halfway your gearbox.. if you were wondering were that thing is!
  3. In the main plate of your gearbox are some bolts hiding a spring.. these springs hold a ballbearing in place witch are holding your gears in gear.. (Sorry if its bad english) You have to place new springs or.. lengten those springs just a little.. you will see that if you have lengten them your gear will stay IN gear! (Unless there is a lot of shaking going on.. instability in your drivetrain.. fwiw.. Mart

For popping out of 5th gear you can pull the spring (with ball) out of the main plate in the gearbox.. it is sitting behind a bolt.. take a new spring or make it a bit longer with help of a side cutting pliers..(just give it a pinch between the windings, not cutting ofcourse..) just a few mm longer will do!
