[2020] What Did You Do To/with Your Z Today?
After 5 yrs the vinyl wrap on my rear panels needed re-done. Vivid memories of wrestling old plastic panels and sheets of vinyl along with a hair dryer came rushing back so I decided paint would be much easier. Cleaning to old residue off was no fun but I'm happy with the results. Before and After.

Reminds me of a long ago girlfriend in the shower, are we still talking about Z's?

Didn't you blow up a ICBM when you were there or something like that??

Not dissuading you from GA, but like Jim said above, Bentonville AR and surrounding area is very nice up in the Ozark Mtns. plus they have the NW Arkansas Z club up there. Nice Folks for sure. I'll personally vouch as I have a lot of good memories there.

It will definitely be a world apart from Orlando. Being raised in the south I don't know if there are more than the average amount of chicken farms in that area but I do know that living downwind of one could be a challenge to one's Olfactory system. It's all relative. Might smell like S--t to some but smells like bread and butter to the Poultry farmer. All that being said, It's not too far from Atlanta and it's close to Elijay, a mountain town you've probably heard of.

Nice freehand work at 13 but I think he's hinting that a different wheel/tire combo would be more appealing to him! ?- vinyl paint interior...?
Mine is a 77'. As far a durability, I have had no problems with paint on panels or vinyl, especially since they are positioned vertically. I don't have any info as to horizontal pieces that could attract more contact like the console, but I would think that since there is no protective coating on the paint and it is just sitting on top of plastic, It might be more susceptible to scratches and such. Don't know really. The original panels have the color infused into the plastic and since that will be the color underneath scratches may not show readily. One thing I can think of though is that the paint may have too much sheen or gloss for a dash IMO. The first time Mr Sunshine show up at just the right angle you may need stronger sunglasses..- Anyone recognize this wheels?

It's so close to me and I am torn as whether or not to go, even if not for the whole week. I don't consider that my Z is competition for trophies so that part doesn't even matter, but missing the face to face with everyone is a let down for me personally. I would still like to go and hope to find a way. Like most of you I have literally bled for my Z, but I'm not ready to give up breathing for it or spreading that chance to my family. I hope conditions change for the better between now and then.- saturday night music thread

Right off the bat I see a big vacuum leak. With that air filter on the valve cover you're getting unmetered air. The hose that connects the throttle body to that location is missing.- LED headlight question
@SteveJ has a lot of experience with LED headlights- vinyl paint interior...?
Ditto on everything Namerow said, especially the prep work. Here is the mix my paint shop came up with and put it into an aerosol can for me. It's SEM paint. Yours might be slightly different.- [2020] What Did You Do To/with Your Z Today?
After repairing my original dash a few times and having crack again after each time I finally succumbed and installed a full dash cover. I took the the car out in 91degree heat today and no issues with the new cover and I'm pleased with the result. ?- Nissan 400z Rumors
Well, you know me, If your mind is in the gutter you're probably blocking my view?. Bulge or no bulge, I do like the lines on this one compared to the 370. This time change is good.- Nissan 400z Rumors

Yes, no problems at all.- '78 280Z fuel sender
Yep, and in another recent discussion about the Z car depot fuel sender, I purchased one and it works great. I don't have any idea as to why the MSA one cost more.- Gas Tank restore and POR15
