2006 MSA Z Nationals
Here is one of our fellow CZC member's car's, Ron Carter. This car is amazing in all of its entirety. I learn new things about this car every time I see it. Ron put a huge amount of effort into making this car as close to the original as possible. I never get tired of taking photos of this legend. Thanks for showing me around the car Ron!

This was another 1970 Fairlady Z (ZL). It has a L28et in it. The car is prestine. The owner bought it here and did most of the modifications that you see here.

1970 Fairlady Z (ZL) note: This L20 is stock. I believe it has the correct smaller Su's too. The dirt maybe from Japan too. With a good cleaning, this engine bay would look much better. This was a really nice original car. It had a nice patina and it seemed like it drove great. The car was mostly original aside from the front bumper, wheels, seat covers, and the mirrors. I talked with the owner for quite some time and he is the third owner. The first owner was a serviceman who brought it over. The vin was S30-000669.

Another great looking Z with Konig Rewinds. This one caravaned with the Blue Z that also has the same wheels. This one has a BRE inspired paint job.

I am really fond of this g-nose Z. The g-nose was a 5-piece and the headlight covers were OEM. I really love the mirrors too. I would some day like to intstall these mirrors on my Z. They are made by Vitaloni of Italy and I had thought that they were referred to as "Sebring" mirrors in Japan, but I am not sure.

This was my absolute favorite car at the show. The restoration was perfect, down to all the small details. The only departures from stock were the early "D" wheel covers, the S30-S bumpers, the exhaust tip, and a few hoses. The tail lights and hubcaps were NOS!!! The owner was a very nice young Japanese gentleman.

This was a clean looking 920 gold 240z. Sorry guys, but I am not a fan of the RB25 nor SR20 Z's for that matter. A Z with a worked 3.1 L-series will beat on one of these any day. Plus, it is old school cool and TRUE to the Zcar. I am sure most of you knew that anyway.

This is a JDM style 240z with Longchamp XR-7 wheels. This car looks black in some pictures, but it is midnight blue. It is sort of styled after the Wangan Midnight 240z for you anime fans out there.

Hi Gavin and Chris, thanks for the compliments! I really do appreciate it. I did get the headlight covers from Japan (not ebay) and they are very accurate reproductions. I could not tell the difference between these and OEM ones. -Ben

Yes, I did get to talk with these 510 owners. I have met a lot of 510 guys through my friend Ted over the past year and a half. Victor Chico wants to put a 20b rotary in the 510. -Ben
