Beautiful car.. (i think the only beautiful corvette, from the older ones..) very UGLY UGLY UUUUUGGGLLLLYYYY wheels...pffff... I Really don't like this and it drives horrible i bet!

Also look for air leaks in your air/fuel inlet. The rubber parts, particularly between the ribs of the rubbers, a smal cut in the rubber WILL influence your engine speed and it runs horrible. If you think you found something spray some carb cleaner on it, if the idle is changing, then there is a airleak.

Hi, Ticking noise from the injectors is common, but i can't really say what i hear in your video.. then you have to make another one where you keep the mic/camera close to the injectors and cam cover also.. Did you know that those injectors all fire at the same time? they do!

I checked and they have the 3 holes for connecting to the head. These pumps are new in box if anyone want one (2 for sale) send me your offer in a PM.. i may consider to sell them for it.. partnumber is : 17010-S3085

Your cassette player will need a bit of grease and a new belt at least.. that's my experience anyway. The radio a new lamp for the display. If you find a good cassette just wind it a few times up and down before you use it in play mode. Clean the head of the taperecorder with alcohol and a cuetip also the rubber roller check it for wear, it has to be smooth and clean, i always let the taperecorder run on play and let the rubber wheel against the capstanaxle "eat" the wet in alcohol cluetip so it winds around it and let it run a few minutes.. Some rubber wheels will be to old and desintegrate, then you have to look for a new one... After clean stop the recorder and take out the wooly stuff of the axle carefully!

Is your radio and cassette also still working ? Nice car , i only would get rid of the red interior.. Here we call it a Wh***house interior... oeps.. 🙊

Yes they have three mountholes for in/out but one is closed and has no thread in it.. (If your asking is it possible to make them i think yes you could make the outlet on the other mount. You need the right tap and a stub to close the old outlet hole.)

Jim, i know i have a Nikki pump and also.. they are really expensive pm me a bid.. It's a used one but after a clean very nice. i will check if it works when the price is right..

OH.. i'm sorry if i can't answer you all but i'm covered in mails about a lot of parts, haven't had this ever.. Jim, the pumps are of the old laurel but are the same as on a 240z for as far i remember. In a orig. Nissan box they are made by ATSUGI part number on the box is 17010-S3085 and if i google it this is what comes up as 1'st answer.. 17040 59G24,NISSAN 17040 59G24; Fuel Feed Unit (yoyopart.com) I can give pics faster if you ask me the pic's on my mailadress: martzedcars@outlook.com As i have these pumps i can sell 2 of the 3 i have, they are 250 euro a piece as they are no ware to be found on the net.. ALSO.. i got a few old pumps that are of the other even more rare fabricators.. (ofcourse i can't remember the names but i got 3 or 4 (incl. the new ones of atsugi).

If you want original... those are SU's? The orig. carbs are HJG45W Hitachi's.. they look like SU's but are not. In the states everyone talks about theire SU's... they are Hitachi's made under license of SU. they are different in a lot of ways!! I would go for a orig. set hitachi's. (Do su's fit the manifold?) Do you have the inlet manifold and all the stuff? that can also be costly..

Any paintshop can deliver you that orange paint i think.. Just bring the box with you to the shop. Such a small part so easy (in my eyes) to spray.. and still making a mess of it ...pfff... Why the air bubbles in the paint? he made the box to hot??

This summer i drive my 300zxtt 15 years after i had 6 years a 300zx nonturbo, they drive also very nice. Got a message of the "wheel police" your fronts are on the wrong side! 😉 (i could not help myself... I see those details immediately, those tireguys... mmmm.... they never learn 😞

I got for sale a set of original 240z front fender mirrors in...ORIGINAL Nissan boxes !! I am asking for a bid over 500 euro's. As i'm not gona use them on my restoration.. (in a few years..haha i hope.. i thought i sell them here locally. But i could ship e'm anywhere.. Partnumbers 96301-E4100 and 96302-E4100 These parts are brand new in the orig box and are untarnished! This pic is an example, the orig ones are in theire boxes in my warehouse.. cellar! I also got some brandnew fuelpumps in nissan box Super original headlights with the dome glass 260z but also will fit the 240z (just another plug.) Very rare rear license plate lighting (only Japan and europe? for on the bumper.. is a used one but still nice.. They are always rusted away inside but... not this one!!! As last a set of Fenders came from the USA never used. these are the fenders sold by victoria brittish ...long ago.. stil in perfect order.. Seem to vorgotten this.. i have some pics from cleaning them but in these pics the blue'ish tint they got in the sun is not really good to see. I think the color of these rims are like the orig color of the rear plates around the rear lights of the 240z.. It looks like black here but it's a bit blue-ish when you hit it with the right lighting.. I wet-sand blasted these rims and came out wonderful.. (I do this with silversand and a special tool on my pressure washer.. Pressure is somewhere around 30-40 bar (kg/cm2) i guess..) The lower one is a defect one i'm not restoring, maybe i could weld it but i've got already 8 of these 🙈 Maybe someone could tell me the color code of the rearpanels of the 240z ?

I have to correct my own post here.. the non turbo has 2 different wheels left and right hand wheels, where the twin turbo has 4 different wheels.. the width of the wheels are the same on a non turbo where the tt has diffent ones front and back.. so.. the nonturbo has 2 partnumbers the tt has 4 partnumbers! (on the rim, end on 05,10,15and 20.)

Yes! beautiful color, whats the number of that? Mine was TK3 It's a zx color.. here in EU. Mine is also light in the sun and almost black in the garage with low lighting.. It was a bit clouded but in the sun the color is lighter.. TK3 looks like yours but is more metallic i guess..
