Are you saying you could make a kit for the steering wheel and sunvisors that could be attached by the customer? That is basically what JF is doing... As for the door panel, I would be interested in something as simple as what i sent you in the PM. Again, if you don't want prices public, send me a pm for the cost of the shift boot, ebrake cover, steering wheel cover, visor covers, and a similar door panel design please.

Found some more pics! Door cards like yours, in black and green stitching with no holes pre-cut for window crank (power windows going in) Steering wheel cover, same style shift boot and ebrake boot, visor covers, console cover (sides and flip over cubby cover), dare I ask for custom seat covers?

Yup. They all seem amazed when they find a 40 year old part in inventory. I ordered and received a new front drivers fender, fender badges ($35), sail pillar Z badges ($35), and lots of little things over the years that sell for stupid amounts on ebay etc as people believe them to be NLA.

carpartsmanual.com has the part numbers and pictures. I am working on a way to get Nissan Canada to download a spreadsheet of their part numbers without sensitive pricing data etc so I can sort it out based on part numbers for the S30 chassis. It may come down to being too sensitive of data for them to release; so other than getting a part-time job at Nissan.... I might be out of luck.

Dug up a little Nissan OEM gold at the local dealer too. Found new wiper stalk boots for $3 each, new hood bumpers that bolt to the fender for $8 each, and two new OEM hood dampers that bolt in front of the cowl for $12 each! Canadian! Delivered! crazy... Apparently the Calgary parts distribution centre has some of the largest stock of old Datsun parts in North America. The problem is, the searchable database no longer includes the references for the S30 vehicles. The part number has to be manually input in order for them to search for parts. They can't look up the part under the year and model for our cars! Crazy. They really have no idea what they have there until someone enters a part number and searches for it. The warehouse is apparently the "size of four large American Walmarts"...

No one was more surprised than me. I am looking forward to powder coating it soon and bolting it up. I did a test fit and even after all the frame and rad support work I did, the only bolt holes that don't line up are the ones on the 240Z front frame rails that I bought with pre-welded capture nuts. Maybe the 240 had a different bolt position?

There are a lot of really nice pieces being made by J F Customs in the UK. I would like to see some of that made closer to home....

Are Burnouts an Appropriate Way for Mechanics to Road Test Cars?
Hoonigan.... I don't do burnouts in my own cars. Why would I let or encourage anyone else to do so? That's just a way to create a possible problem by looking for it. Now if it was a track car, purpose built for abuse, then that's another story...

Issues with mobile app
Tapatalk has recently undergone some changes that may require a fresh version to be downloaded. If you were one of the few early adopters like myself, we were granted VIP status for a long time. That has since been rescinded and we are forced to see ads etc again unless we pay a couple dollars a month to them as a subscription.... Still it is the best mobile viewing app out there for forums.

Looks great Jim! So happy they are fitting your wheel collection!!- Parts Wanted: Heater valve needed
The car ran briefly before I tore it down and there were no leaks inside the vehicle and the temps ran fine. The controls move smoothly and there seems to be no issue with the unit other than surface aging. PM me with an offer and any other info.
