May I suggest this instead?

I used the 11mm o-ring style injectors from a Toyota Cressida in my Pallnet Rail. 300cc flow.

I also removed my torsion bars and hinges as a single unit. Less stressful if there is enough play at your fender side. Then removed the bars while the unit was out on the floor.

Yeesh. If there is that much play in the hinge, replace them just to be safe.

My hinges were smooth and precise. No play at all. I can’t see them wearing grooves into the rods... but even then that would be minimal play.

Hmmm. I’m thinking there are other factors at play here then. Hinge mounts at the hood have any room for adjustment? Torsion bars have a bend in them (prior to install)?

Hinges are unadjustable themselves.

They should be in the lower slots. Closest to the chassis.

Do you have the torsion bars in the right slots?

I agree. Jeff, maybe post up your thoughts here before shooting your videos... might save you some headaches. Hate to think you’re following a filming deadline rather than a planned approach to finishing the 640G!
