[2015] What Did You Do To/with Your Z Today?
Got the auto electrician around today to fit the JDM Euro Spec tail lights we need over here, change the front running lights to indicators and the headlights to include side lights we also need, and fit relays and resisters where necessary, on Friday it's going for its MOT, Ministry Of Transport Test, every vehicle here must have an annual test if older than 3yrs old, also I received from our friends from Z car Depot, new front and rear bumper rubbers, an OEM passenger door mirror, door gromits, cone shaped rubber that fit in the B post, courtesy light switches ( the push switches in the doors that make the interior lights come on when you open the doors, sorry for the explanation you may call them the same thing ;-) ) Happy Days

surprise in not seeing any comments on two 1973 Z' s that were on BAT .
That Blue one is beautiful, is the selling price considered high in the USA? In the UK that would be a very cheap 240Z .

The official "Post pictures of your wheels" thread
Anyone know what make these Slot wheels are on my Orange 72? They're 15" Diameter, my old White Z had 14" Wolfrace slots on, the ones on the Orange Z are much easier to clean!

[2015] What Did You Do To/with Your Z Today?
Thanks Zup for your kind words, I have the invoices and receipts for the rebuild and they're an eye opener to be honest, the engine bay just needs a clean up, steam clean and polish, I like doing the detailing, Here's the engine bay at the moment, I'm going to anodise the throttle linkage etc over the winter when it's stored ðŸ‘

[2015] What Did You Do To/with Your Z Today?
I collected my 72 from Southamptom Docks in the UK on Tuesday fresh from its 6 weeks of travelling from Spokane WA via LA to there, and bought it home through the worst weather it's probably seen since it was manufactured! So yesterday I gave it a real good clean, Polish, wax and seal, engine bay next.....

Too big and old for Z
That looks a lovely Z, I would suggest ebay too as a global audience is available and you're selling price would undoubtably be higher, I'm importing a restored 72 240Z at the moment into the UK and paid double what the guys are suggesting here, plus shipping, import duty etc, there are only about 165 240's here in the UK and the prices are going up dramatically, my friend is importing one from Australia and he's paying £25K GBP, there's definateley a market in Europe, there's a website similar to Hemmings called ' Pistonheads' here in the UK and its popular all over Europe, that would be worth a try, ps shipping for me was around $1800, collection from WA to LA then shipping to the UK, good luck!
