Taint pretty

I am the third owner. Last ran in 1994. Lots of rust. Oregon coast. Has all of the emblems etc. Oil looks like tar. Emergency left on for 30 years so I cannot free the right rear wheel. Hatch back will not open. Lots of bondo. stick shift

Turns over well but not spark as of yet. I am surprised in that there are no leaks even though I added gas and filled the radiator.
