I got my car running and the rpm gauge oil and temp gauges dont work no fuses look bad not sure what to look at next thanks

Yes i did replace a valve spring that was broke as you can see in the picture and had to readjust the valves maybe need to go back in and readjust again know that its running what should the proper adjustment be Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk

Ok guys still new here as you guys probably seen just got my 73 240z running but when i give it gas to fast it wants to choke out and almost die and back fires out of the front carburetor. Carburetor were just fully built. Since the frist start i let it run for 15min in idle then reved the motor up and did fine so i took it for a drive and it was hard to get power unless i slowly give it gas then its good after and when i turn the car off the motor shakes hard feels like it wonts to stay on still

The points gap was to big had to tight it up a bit and my wire to the coil were wrong so i was wrong on that any ideas on why its poping after i release the gas when reving up Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk

So i was looking at some other people posts and some one was saying you should have 12v in the on postion at the coil and if on both sides the points are closed well i have 6v on both sides what does that mean Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk

Not sure what you mean by stock points the distributor is new and also new cap and yes i have compared to the site pictures all look the same and for the spark unpluged spark plug wire to some thing metal i will get pictures off those things also the coil and ballast are new Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
