  3. Ok, this thing is seriously for sale. 1992 Nissan 240sx SE Coupe. Power Windows, Non ABS, Power Locks, Power Breaks, Ac that blows cold, Manual Five Speed, Power Sunroof Redtop SR20DET 5speed Greddy vspl intercooler HKS SSQV BOV HKS Iridium Spark Plugs Heavy Throttle Hotpipe Topspeed Downpipe Walbro Fuel Pump 255 Koyo Radiator HBC Manual Boost Controller BlitZ Nur-Spec Exhaust KYB AGX Shocks/Struts Eibach Prokit Springs S14 seats 98' Cobra Wheels 17x8 + 30 5 Lug Conversion 300zx 4Pot 30mm Front brakes Brembo Cross-drilled/Slotted Rotors Autometer Fuel Gauge Stainless Steel Brake Lines JGY Friction Tpye Lsd Honda s2000 Grand Prix White S13 Silvia front end Brand new Courtesy Nissan Shift and E-brake boots Momo Seering wheel Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil New VA Inspection Black ACC Carpet JDM Power Fold Mirrors Nismo tie rod bushings Car is in good shape, everything works, cold AC, interior could use a little work, their will be no stereo, however i will give an alpine double din deck if you want, pretty old deck but still cool, This thing runs very very good, stops on a dime, handles like a dream, and satisfies every whim of performance to me. Car was professionally painted in blowtherm spray booth at the Greensboro Auto Auction, one of the biggest in the nation, the wiring was done by my father, who wires installs paintbooths for a living, he did a very clean factory like job. I autocrossed the car a few times, doing very well in most cases. it has a patch in the paint where someone backed into me, but that is going to be fixed next week. body work is already done on it, just needs paint. interior once again needs some work, has s14 se cloth front seats, could use new door panels, i put a new dash in that only has one small knick on a lower portion about the size of a crumb, no cracks, was a hud car but removed hud, and got a new windsheild. has relativly new BFG Gforce KDW 225/45/17 inch tires. I love my car, but i want something a little nicer and N/A. This thing needs to go so i can get a BMW Z3, it will be missed though. Located in Narrows, Virginia, near Roanoke, Virginia Tech. email me at brianglawson@hotmail.com $7000obo Thanks Brian

if properly tuned a high compression turbo motor is ultra responsive and makes good power....its all in the ignition/fuel tuning...im an sr person in the sx wrld and there are a bunch of people runing 9.5:1 compression on turbo sr's
  5. cool to bad im not a member......someone copy and paste the full article please...
  6. id buy ZG flares, taillight panel, dash, console, doorpanels
  7. yeah i hvae drivn a TT VG, it was nice, but the rb26 is a shop's asking price for the rb's they get in:) plus they are local so i could inspect:)

i think Gullwings would look good on a 240z, be very remincent ofa mercedes gullwing
  9. im a turbo person, but i also dont drag:) but i also have seen an sr20 full spool at 2500rmp making 350rwhp! with proper fuel tuning, but guess what else i saw last night and the shop is local, rb26dett, with rb25 tranny for 4200$!!!!!!!
  10. but i like the aspect of the rb20's short stoke design, plus its price
  11. its all in the A/F mixutre, proper tuning is the key to succesi was under the impression rb20's cam with a t25 stock, if not what did they come with?
  12. Now ive been doing alot of reading on higher compression turbo motors, and im really liking the idea of it, i posted this on www.zilvia.net too, but i wanted to get some opinions here as well im looking to put an rb 20-25- or even 26 in it, but what i want is the ultimate response maching i know on sr20's its possible to put the natural aspirated pistons to up the compression a little, yielding better response Option:1 RB20DET N/A SR20DE Pistons (giving 9.5-1 compression) Equal length tubular manifold 3 inch elbow full 3inch catless exhaust custom intake plenum, maybe ITB's if feasable Light Flywheel Aluminum driveshaft 4.11 gear r200 electric fans s15 t28 bb turbo at about 16 psi spearco intercooler recirculated BOV now this is assuming the piston interchangability option 2 will forthcome if 1 is shut down whats everyones opinion on this? i can get rb20's for 1500$ all day long. So this might be a good way to make 350whp or so decently cheap plus then i would have 2 2.0 240's
  13. i like the idea of getting a real one, if i could find one cheap... but i already have a 72, and it would be just stepping backwards..
  14. im really still wanting to do this im just having a hardt ime figuring out what to do:(
