  7. site, i ran the hose from the head to the heater core, and then from the heater core straight back to the fitting at the water pump. no problems so far.

  11. the guy i had install my window didnt use any sealer either
  12. the only problem i see in the captains post is the valve should (in my opinion) be before the heater core.

  16. yes. i made the cables with piano wire and used that stuff for bicycle control cables for the outer part. my thinking was: cheap, easy to find and replace valve no leaks inside, easy access see #1 above cheap
  17. i put the hose off the top of the core through the top hole just so the air could bleed out better, but my control valve is in the engine bay. i have no idea if it made any difference at all
  18. i need lug nuts. is the stud size 12x1.25? thanks all
