i can adjust the choke so that my rps move. could it still be a choke problem? is it the linkage i check or in the choke itself?

i have a 71 240z i just insured my z after the long winter and went for a ride. it is still doing the same thing as last fall. the engine is buckling. its like the engine never warms up or something. it seems like the carb is messed up. any ideas. i cant enjoy her like this. boy she looks good thow.

i am putting a 83 zx turbo motor in my 71z. i would like to get headers or at least a new manifold. would a 83 fit my car? or would i have to get an older year header?

i am swapping a 280zx turbo motor into my 71 240z. the garage is going to open the 280 motor today. is there anything i should look out for, or ask questions about? is there any parts that i should get to make it run well or better? this is of course more performance parts that i am talking about. about 300 hp is what i am going for.

all i could do was hear it. any idea's on how to see it too?

it does not say what you would do 0 to 60. i dont know what the 1/4 mile mark is, so i dont know how to figure out the rest.

i dont have the car....i was thinking of buying a subaru impreza rs and i wanted to know how much slower it was then the wrx. i searched all the mags to see if anyone had tested one. all they tested were wrx's.

i know how much horsepower i have, and the weight of the car. so there somewhere i can go to fugure out how fast it would be aprox. to 0 to 60 mph?

i thought you ment the engine block. i was thinking the compression could not get around the block or something... i was trying to figure what the heck you were trying say

i am so glad that we dont have any emmissions testing here. the only thing we have is red light cameras. i want to whip by in my z just to see what it can do.

i too think it looks real nice. As soon as you buy it you can sell your truck and then paint the z resale red.
