well for one. Id liek to know if the 76 280 had the diamond vinyl on the tranny tunnel. Id kind alike a good look at the hatch area as well.

Well, my engine is all nice and clean, especially a 2 inch wide stripe the goes from between my head and block to the bottom of my engine (nice fresh oil) :dead: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!! I cant see pulling the head without having it rebuilt. Small block 350 is starting to look more and more appealing. :disappoin

Id kinda like to strip off any non essentials off my engine (a/c, smog, etc.) in order to get rid of some weight and clean up my engine compartment. Its FI and Id like to keep anything vacuum actuated working properly. Anyone seen any tutorials regarding this? oh yeh, my cars 2 years out of smog regulation so that isnt a problem :-)

do the 4 barrel conversions offered by arizona z work very well? BTW~~~~~!!!!!!! my misfiring problen turned out to be my #1 fuel injector. Oddly enough although the backfiring has stopped I seem to have less power and sluggish acceleration now :-)

I found a set of flattops today( with complete intake and air cleaner), they look like they need a serious rebuild as the car hasnt run in years. Was wondering what a good price was on these might be and if it might be an easier thing to deal with than my FI system on my 280?? nm was told they were su carbs but after lookin at ztherapy mebbe ill pass

So I decided to replace my water temp switch today,.yesterday i called around and found a store that had all my parts in stock! When i got there they had none! So i drive around a little bit and find the switch, so i think. I go home , a wrnch slips , crunch goes the sensor next to it! I finish pulling off the swith and its like , hmm, its just a cap with a sensor in it and doesnt look anything like the one I bought. So I set that aside and take out the one I broke, JACKPOT. The wrong part was for the one I broke! Anywasy,.after driving around for a few hours today to get a few parts and order the temp switch. Im lookin for a place in the seattle tacoma area that might carry all my needs. Anyone have any ideas?

Right now with all the other stuff Im planning my interior is possibly gonna be put off for at least a year. I was trying to think of some cheap ways to improve my interior since Im currently using my car as a daily driver. I was thinking of trying vinyl dye on many of the brown interior parts to make em black. Anyone ever tried this?

bummer Last night I went to the grocery about 10pm. I was in the staore about 5 minutes and when I came out mY drivers door had been unlocked and left wide open. A few more minutes in th estore and I might be making one of these posts.

yup, thats what i did:D it was nt the valves though,.I dont know if I mentioned that when i pulled the valve cover off there were a few rocker arms flappin in the breeze touching nothing , very unnerving :-) they were set incorrectly though so im sure any other improvements will be more noticable as time passes :-)
