Thank you mark, and as far as purchasing parts i would love to get with you, however my budget is fairly tight as i am only 22 undergoing this project. so i would have trouble purchasing most items at this moment. once i find out just what i need and when i need it i will let you know and see if we cant work something out.

That is a beautiful car congrats man. do you have any pointers on a paint theme? once i get my frame im going to put in a 12 point roll cage, then install the engine i have for it. with a custom drive shaft. and then i want to get it painted and have glass installed after that. that is my goal so far.

I will post the first picture as soon as i manage to get the frame and pieces i do have together, thank you everyone. i'm happy to finally be an owner of a 240z. i will be working on the car every week and probably take at least one picture a week. i want a nice time-span. but since i'm only 22 my entire pay is going to be put in this for the parts so it might be a little slow at first. hey guys, im new to the community. ive always loved Z's and i finally bought my first project. a few hundred for a frame. im going to be building it from the ground up. with stuff i buy new, and things i salvage from scrape yards. ill include pictures and welcome any help or advice. im mainly posting this so i stay enthusiastic about the painful build that is to come. it will be show worthy when im done tho. looking forward to talking to all of you guys.
