  1. Unfortunately the 2 biggest things I wanted to look at were a disappointment. Fitment of the fat RB25DET gearbox and CV conversions. Turns out all the cars I could get a look at were running the skinny RB20DETgearbox and all the cars were still running drum brakes and uni's! Just being around the photo shoot and being able to sit in all the cars I had only seen in photos was great though.
  2. Japanese cages tend to be more for show than anything else, none of the are approved for racing in Australia and I hear nothing but cage fabricators complain about them. It is pretty though

  11. Finally I got around to going to RockyAuto (rockyauto.co.jp), with much thanks to one of my colleagues for offering to drive. I was like a kid in a candy store, unfortunately the cars and parts were all in very close proximity to each other which made complete inspection and good photos impossible, but it was great none the less. Finally I have had a chance to crawl over and sit in a 432, and a very nice quality RB25DE 240Z with updated trim that I can only aspire to acheive. I also had a chance to have a look around the garage which was very interesting as well. My arm really had to be twisted to attend a mountain park where the guys where doing a magazine photo shoot as well as some on-road DVD filming for an upcoming magazine. Great day all in all. 12. Hmmm...I am finding those install photos a little hard to follow, but I have neither the car nor the seats withing the same continent as me, so that may explain it. :surprised You should have taken some photos and done a guide for your site Gavin :sleepy: So you drilled additional holes in the car?
  13. How did you end up doing the rails?

I have seen the XF throttle body used on Z's a few times, tried and proven.
