Before you get worse, talk to your doc and try to get prescriptions of the antibiotic and malaria drugs for both of you. Azithromycin (Zithromax) and Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil). They are proven to reduce effect of virus. There are oxygen concentrators you may be able to get off craigslist or ebay just in case you have breathing problems: https://www.inogen.com/resources/oxygen-concentrators/how-does-an-oxygen-concentrator-work/ Another option is a welding oxygen tank and regulator https://www.amazon.com/Lightning-Oxygen-Regulator-CGA-870-0-15lpm/dp/B01GGL08C6

Nope, we could get everyone back to work next week if we followed Taiwans procedures. We just need masks and testing. Look at this:

Stats are ~ 80% die on ventilator... masks are the priority.... they stop you from having to go on a ventilator. When will our leaders see the way to a partially normal way of life is masks for all, testing for all and quarantine of positives? The longer they wait the more will die and the more the economy will fail. We need to do this to get us through to a hopeful vaccine.
  13. Yup.... cleaner air here. No jets and fairly quiet roads. Lots more people out for walks too.

You caught me stirring it up. There are probably USA nukes in the "magazine hill" here in Halifax.

I look at things in their essence. When the legislative documents were penned in the early USA.... a gun was a powder loaded musket. There were no modern day cartridges, or automation, nor scopes, nor barrel rifling. The spirit of the documents over 200 years ago and the warped interpretation today is simply amazing. Now stop bugging me as I need to continue work on my personal nuclear warhead collection to defend me in the 0.000000000000000000000001% chance that USA tries to invade Canada.

I agree... this is a car form and guns are not a pandemic affecting our enjoyment of cars at the moment.

Stats show ~ 80% of people on ventilators die. Mask production is the priority over ventilators. The Chinese virus has destroyed your lungs by the time you are on a vent. A mask would have stopped you from catching the virus in the first place. For a better analogy.... masks are like condoms and Coronavirus is like the dose.... but you are copulating 24/7. Perhaps this will be a better way to communicate the concept to leaders.

The above is what nearly all western leaders are saying. Here is a translation translate: 1. We don't have enough PPE including masks. We dropped the ball and did not implement the obvious nor copy cat successful countries. We squandered a couple of months of preparation time. We also lied and said that masks are not helpful AND WE SENT SO MANY FIRST RESPONDERS AND HEALTH CARE WORKERS TO THEIR DEATHS. MANY Of STILL SAY THAT MASKS ARE NOT HELPFUL. 2. Everyone wearing a mask is mandatory to stop the spread. 3. We should have looked at PPE supplies when observing how they were needed and consumed on the news broadcasts last January. We did **** all and you can thank our ignorance for this mess. 4. We depend too much on China manufacturing and now have little-to-no capability to supply our own masks. We let corporate greed **** us again. Please wait (and die) while we realize we can not supply masks. Please wait (and die) while we try to decide that masks are needed, please wait (and die) while we try to ramp up mask manufacturing from scratch. I think that leaders need IQ and common sense tests.

Life is not much fun anymore. I hope our leaders figure out what the smarter countries like Korea, Germany, and Taiwan are doing to move on. The sooner they clue-in, the faster we can get through this problem: Priority: Masks for all Regular testing of everyone Continued isolation of positives Back to work/normality for survivors with antibodies

All perspectives are different: I grew up with guns but was never interested in them. My dad was a moose and deer hunter and had a few .303's. My brother and I shared a .22 since age 8 & 7 and would go target shooting every now and then, but it was nothing special. Where I live, you can leave the keys in the car and the doors unlocked so no one thinks much about guns for protection.
