Doubles every 6 days. It is going to be very bad for North America...perhaps worse than Italy: Low supply of test kits (do not know who is spreading it) low supply of PPE (front line medical workers will be sick in first days then no one to help victims) squandered longest preparatory period (we had several months to prepare)- COVID-19
I only see two paths: 1. A vaccine is made in the next few months and puts everything back to somewhat normal. 2. A few months stoppage of our economic systems will change the world. Most of us will be unemployed with debt AND we will still have this Chinese virus problem. The Govt's have to prepare for #2 and start taking radical actions. The economy will need a reset and jobless people will need income. A first easy step would be to immediately force power companies to reduce charges that match the drop in oil. All the bs fuel surcharges have to be revoked and all corporate greed needs to be reigned in. Energy is a basic requirement for life and an economy and it should not be speculated on or abused by corporate greed. Instead of waiting for the economic avalanche to take place, perhaps a controlled avalanche is needed such as radically forgiving of ALL DEBT. This will cause a lot of pain for some but not for most... yes you will have 0 credit card debt and you will own your home. There are many creative and new tools that can be used in the terrible time IF our govt's act with logic and intelligence.... hopefully this will happen. Bottom line: some of us will die, there will soon be mass unemployment and the world as we knew it will take some time to return. Prepare.- Early vs. Late Series I 240Z's
I think they often used whatever they had on hand.... finding a box of old parts or getting a delayed shipment a month after the new parts went into the production run... throw them out or use them? The 260z in NA was the classic hodgepodge car that ended the 240z parts and started the 280z parts.- COVID-19

This train wreck about to happen was easy to see a month before it happened. Burr just had his eyes open.- COVID-19
We were aware of it mid-January. I had to go to a conference in Hawaii Jan 19-22 and was apprehensive as a lot of Chinese attend it. I brought masks but did not use. I then had to fly to Dallas on Feb 11-14 and wore masks. I remember one guy getting on the plane in Houston who was sweating profusely and demanding drinks of water from the stewardess when boarding! Not sure if he just ran a 4min mile but it was odd for sure. For the start of the virus, in early Jan, when news of the virus was getting out, the Chinese Govt confidently stated it began in early Dec and pointed the finger at a fish market where it was claimed that animals were also sold... but shortly after they said patient 0 was an old man in a hospital who never had connections or went to the market. They said he started it in the first week of Dec..... but a month ago a Brit in Wuhan survived it and he said he got it in late Nov. Recently it was stated that the first patient in Wuhan was November 17. As for the fish market story, locals who worked there said the ones who were infected were people who did not tend to the stalls but rather the regulars who hung out in front on the street and gambled/played card with passers-by. For tracing the early infected, it is easy to do in China as they keep records on everyone and track them just like the Nazi's did (association intended). Digital hospital records, cell phone tracking and face recognition tracking make it easy to track this virus. China knows more than they are saying.... the Wuhan P4 Biolab has not been cleared of association so who knows what will eventually turn up? - 2021 Nissan Z: What We Know So Far
