    My original door fits fine but has dents so I picked up a replacement door Problem is I can’t get the door to line up at the top and bottom unless I take out the bolts on the bottom bracket and move the door out. The only way I can think about fixing this is cutting out the door captive nuts and welding them where I need.   13. I just did a 280 passenger pan and I agree It was a general shape of the original floor but lots of cutting trimming bending involved especially toward the firewall area Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

    Ended up at Home Depot with a M8 x 1.25 x 20 flange bolt and M8 copper washer. The flange bolt has a larger head to get good contact with the washer. Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

    I am trying to find a good replacement for the gas tank drank plug and washer. Does anyone know where to get them? My washer is disintegrated and the bolt has a slow leak and I am not even sure it’s the correct plug. Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
