  1. In the video it looks like he put his hand on an automatic shifter based on how wide it is at the 17 second mark Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. This is great info thank you all. I think I need to take it to a good alignment shop to get “SAI” and that will really pinpoint what could be wrong. Still leaning towards something in the bottom of the strut housing with a slight tweak. I will update this as I get numbers back from an alignment Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I don’t see damage but maybe it’s a smooth bend and hard to pickup with the eye. Although now thinking about it I am not sure what side has the correct measurement. I can’t find that measurement in the fsm or what any of the angles should be Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I just measured from here on the shock to a straight edge on the rotor with the measurements I got below it’s a clear indicator of why I have more negative camber on the drivers side. I just am not sure what I should do to fix this buy a new strut assembly? Drivers side 3 5/8” Passenger side 3 7/8” This should eliminate any other issues with the car other than either the strut is bent or the spindle is bent right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I have poly bushings on the control arms. I measured from the strut housing to the same spot on the tire on both sides and the one with negative camber is a smaller number so I am guessing that could mean a bent spindle? Would a better measurement be with the tires off to the rotor? That would isolate it to the strut assembly I guess. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. That makes sense so that the rubber doesn’t run on the throttle metal rod instead it glides over it. Thank you for the picture Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Mine were just tight with no play I don’t think it’s possible to bottom it out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. What areas should I look at when the drivers side front tire has more negative camber than all others? I have new shocks and springs but can’t figure out why one is not the same. Any measurements that I can take to tell me if it’s the frame or the strut or some other part? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have those in my 78 but I also have this relay kit with it. Once I added the relay kit I was able to use the LED lights properly took my about 10 minutes to wire the relay kit and then the LED lights plug directly into it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/174379128916 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. There is no way to crimp that on the metal collar is too small in my opinion. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Sorry I was just showing my gas gauge is on empty and the fuel light that I pulled from the back of the red fuel gauge in the center next to the map light actually lights up. I guess I can plug it back in and take a picture of the light shining through the red plastic if you wanted but figured this way it might help because it’s day time and you can see the glow easier The bare bulb in my hand was the bulb from your diagram
  16. Ok I pulled the sender and the light works I originally had an led in there that didn’t work so I popped the bulb out of my glove box. Not sure what the bulb specs are but it says 1445 and Taiwan on it. If anyone needs more detailed pictures let me know I Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I have the zcd sender but I have too much gas right now to test about how much before the empty line will it start to glow? If I just lift the sender up out of the tank the light should come on right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Kinda reminds me of Goldilocks and the three bears.. This porridge is too hot!" she exclaimed. So, she tasted the porridge from the second bowl. "This porridge is too cold," she said. So, she tasted the last bowl of porridge. "Ahhh, this porridge is just right," she said happily and she ate it all up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Or the medium plug that’s just right Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Anyone ask what bulb zcd used to make it work? I would assume that they tested this out before selling right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I am doing aftermarket air heat and defrost in my 78 this winter and am starting to collect parts now. So far I have the vintage air gen 2 mini box and the vintage air 24x14 condensor. I will be going with a sanden style compressor all 134a with EZ clip hoses. So far my parts list is around 1500 give or take That is replacing everything in the car. I will be doing all the hoses and fabrication myself. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Ok the lock nut is now against the inner tie rod body Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I just got these inner tie rods and does the lock nut lock against the inner tie rod or the actual steering rack. When I took them off I thought it locked against the rack but now I am not sure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I just use my fuel gauge instead of trusting the light Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
