1975 fuel rail
I would fix the rust first just saying if you try to start your car in it’s current state it might shake apart

Body part replacement/ repair
This picture is really concerning also if that area where the door hinges and lower door rail are is not perfectly straight your door will never line up and that’s super structural to the car and it’s kinda just missing not sure if it’s the picture but that’s a mess

Body part replacement/ repair
It’s possible but that’s going to be a ton of work I would almost just cut that entire part out and then graft on the donor. Basically I would cut out the entire yellow area in my picture and then down far enough into the firewall and in straight lines to make welding in a new piece easier. Are you good with a welder?

If you continue searching this forum you will see it has been covered before . You can search this forum using google also. It’s ok just be nice and you will get more help. You are new here and you have been getting into it with people but just chill out By the way, I got my gasket at Z Car Depot. https://zcardepot.com/products/power-brake-booster-gasket-240z-70-73?_pos=1&_sid=a87c129e3&_ss=r And it worked great on my new 8.5" booster for my 240Z with this adapter (the one I mentioned above). https://zcardepot.com/products/power-brake-booster-7-240z-70-73-new?variant=29688152359025¤cy=USD&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=google+shopping&gclid=Cj0KCQiA0MD_BRCTARIsADXoopa0Kt5nGMc-Hi_GfRzjOkysLppxy9-0NLqie2PblZqFrMIS1kUwYOgaAr3dEALw_wcB

Toyota brake upgrade clearance
Thank you that worked I took a flap disk to it and now I got rim clearance. Now my other clearance issue is the rotor to caliper. It’s equally tight on both sides should I file the caliper down slightly to get a little wiggle room. It even rubs a tiny bit on the caliper.

Toyota brake upgrade clearance
Anyone have to shave down the caliper fins? I have 15x7 konig rewind and the fin on those calipers are rubbing. I have 1989 Toyota 4Runner v6 calipers nugeon 9701550A (97-01550A) and 9701550B (97-01550B)

Timing cover plate bolts
The bottom of the three bolts snapped off flush with my head as I was verifying torque. Is there much oil pressure in this area? I have a feeling there shouldn’t be too much oil flow there. My question is could I get away with a new gasket and maybe rtv ultra black and using the other two bolts until I want to drill it out. The bottom bolt in this pic Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
