The area you call garage ....
Guys, definitely some nice work areas. I'm lucky to have my space also. Nothing like going out to the garage and tinkering after a day in the office. Only thing I'm missing is a lift. I've done a lot of work in this garage over the years. Plan to do a lot more. Bob Sent from my N9132 using Classic Zcar Club mobile

When and Where did You get yours?
It is interesting to read the different stories of how and where we obtained our cars. there are some very cool stories. Many of you folks have had a vision for quite awhile and are just excited to have something so cool as a Z car. My hat off to all of you. I've always thought these cars were pretty neat, but never really tried owning one until I found these by accident. literally, a friend of a friend kind of story. I just couldn't pass them up when I found them. All three cars are matching number cars. They all have issues, each very restorable at different levels. The 5/70 w/dealer installed AC is original color. Floors are gone, basically the rest of the car is fairly solid. The gold car is 1/72 and should be orange with white interior. The brown one I'm working on should be safari gold. picks of the 5/70 is attached.

When and Where did You get yours?
A couple of months ago I found this 10/70 which had been stored away for 10 years. I was able to buy this one and 2 others. A 5/70 and a 1/72. The brown one is one that can be refreshed and put back on the road fairly quickly. Looking forward to driving it soon.

- When and Where did You get yours?
I have only been a Z owner for 2 months. Friend of a friend has had 3 240z's in storage for about 10yrs. My friend has a 280z and one day we were discussing his car. I mentioned that I remembered my cousin had a 240z when I was in junior high. Was a 71, I think. He say, "I know where there a 3 stored away and the owner might be interested in selling." I didn't think much of it at the time. Went several days without any other thoughts about them. Then about a week later I started thinking harder and started to research the z and was surprised how they have been doing over years. I've always like them, but have had other restoration projects that were more to my preference. I just kind of jumped into them thought I'd at least go look at them. Turns out that there were two 70s and one 72. Serial numbers 4xxx, 12xxx, 69xxx. The 4xxx and 69xxx are pretty rough, but 12xxx is a really nice car. I'm on s new adventure now as I get 12xxx on the road. Thanks for listening and this sight turns out to be my daily required daily reading. I'll figure out how to post pics shortly and update.
