  1. My other 10-69 and 11-69 production US 240’s have non tinted clear glass all around. I heard from a 5xx car that had already tinted glass. So I was surprised to find also non tinted glass in this #672 car. I added a picture of the left 1/4 window
  2. Just to share some details of a clear glass car! Car has no rust, body and floors are perfect!
  3. Even the body of a 69 has many differences, as has the frontbumper etc etc etc etc Too many to list!
  4. Funny, I have been looking for some years for clear glass rear glass for one of my 69's. But didn't know Australian cars had it. Knew about the Japanese cars. Finally found it in the US from a Fairlady Z...
  5. Hello, I’m restoring a VIN 145xxx EU car. But never seen bumpers with those reinforcements. By the way Kats, your seats are great!
  6. For myself I seperate the US cars in 69 production,/ serie 1 with the 2400 valve cover/ the rest of the series 1 / the series 1,5., because it is a bit series one a bit series 2/ The series 2 and finally the 73 cars. i know this might not be the way Nissan sepparated them, but it helps me to onderstand basicly what car it is. if I want to know what car it is I need to know the VIN. From the VIN you can almost exactly see what to expect
  7. I never seen such #7032 for july 72 it should be an mistake! Do you have a picture?
  8. What do you spent on body work in US for a really good one, and what on a mecanic? Per hour
  9. What is a reasonable amount of money to spent on the restoration if you get it back in as it left the factory condition. How is the dash, how are the doorcards and how is the body?

  18. These early cars were extremely light! In the first FiA homologation it is 920 kilo......... And if you see an very early 10-1969 you can imagine that. How younger the production # the more brackets and sheet metal you see
  19. Yes, this is the dmping material on you trunk floor
  20. Mike, you know I want them!
  21. @Kats As far as this I was only working on early US cars. So I thougt the "Deluxe"seats were only from October 1971, because from that build date I saw them on US cars. Because of the pictures I saw here I learned that it was correct that my EU have the "Deluxe"seat mechanisms. I was so impressed by your Z432 that I wasn't aware of any seat mechanism........ But you made my day bij telling me that the HLS EU cars have the most sporty suspension set up from all PS/HS and HLS cars!
  22. @26th-Z Than mine might not be correct. Need to find some like Alan showed
  23. My HLS30-00023 is 903/black interior and had a big spoiler on the hatch. Theoretically it could have been my car....
  24. @HS30-H I don't know if I have the richt ones for the 10 and 11 69 aircleaner housings
  25. @240260280 What VIN is the body of your Tribute?
