Honda Wiper Motor Upgrade for the 240Z
If you can't get to a bone yard or pick a part...I found an awesome fix for slow early z wipper motors. First I cleaned inside the motor. Commentator and brushes. New grease where needed. And then bi-passed the LR power lead to motor with direct 12v from battery with 30/40 relay and 30a fuse. Works amazing...even on dry window.

Honda Wiper Motor Upgrade for the 240Z
Great article. Thought I would try to fix my original. turns out it was the copper commentator the brushes ride on was corroded. Also the plug...after sitting 32 years in a barn. Found this quick fix on the filthy plug. CLR soak. 20 min. Here is a before and after.

Wipper motor removal
Thanks...bottom rubber mounts were stuck. Was able to move it enough to see 12mm nut.

Wipper motor removal
I'm trying to remove my wipper motor on my 71. All 4 mounting bolts are out. But stuck in rubber...and can't see how wipper arm comes off the motor? Any pics will help.Or experience at doing this will help.

Intake Manifold Thermostat - How do I check it and service it?
Switched from e88 intakes to n33's also new header. Noticed the manifold heat control thermostat. Opened it up and saw that it was a thermostat. It's been two weeks since the rebuild. Runs amazing. But after warm-up get an occasional studder on take off. Could a stuck open manifold thermostat cause the hesitation on take off?
