  1. I bought a set for my 78 Z. With the Polk Audio DB 522 the clutch pedal arm lightly contacts the speaker on the drivers side. I'll be removing the stock ECM so I hope to be able to move it some when that happens. They do sound very good. Dave
  2. old thread, but I just ordered a set... Will advise
  3. I am absolutely thrilled to have found one. I was trying to figure out how to use the seal I bought from O'Reilly's that didn't have the bell housing on it... but fit the shaft and the transmission housing. I was going to grind out the internals on the old seal bell housing and JB weld it to the transmission after I installed the O'Reilly's seal. Not necessary now ! ? Dave
  4. Got it today, Thank you Hardway. Dave
  5. that picture looks distorted, the center hole is round and the speaker holes are 6X9s better
  6. I see that from the MSA site, the guy I talked to said that this picture was of an actual 8/76-78 280Z profile but the other pictures of it were a 240Z I figure I'll have to order the speakers, figure out the depth and do the "cardboard" thing to get the profile. Dave
  7. very nice, thanks for posting this. I'm going to have to make my enclosure, MSA said the guy who was making them retired and they haven't found someone willing to make them. Dave
  8. Well thank you for the quick reply, I saw them on Rockauto and wondered if they were the right ones. I just ordered one from Rock. Thanks again. d9
  9. Where did you get the SKF 13958 with the metal flange ?
