ask a buddy to borrow his guage or ask a shop... compare the results...

Bad Compression test results
keep in mind EVERY compression guage is different.. i've had readings 30psi off between 2 guages.. so dont be too worried.. also keep in mind altitude, and density altitude play a HUGE part in compression tests.. was the test done with the engine at operating temp or cold? was the test done with the throttle WIDE open? was the motor cranked over the same amount every time to measure the readings? if you live at an altitude of 2,000 MSL .. and it is 25* C outside.. the actual air density is similar to a 3,500 MSL altitude.. (not exact but i dont have my calculator next to me) this makes a difference on a hot day

ohh i've had a fire extinguisher mounted next to the center console on the passenger side for years.. and YES ive had to use it once.. with a bad fuel leak spraying on the manifold and I didnt see it

Rear Half shaft nuts!!! ARGH!
I took TWO open ended 14mm wrenches.. or 12mm i cant remember.. and a hammer.. and they came loose in under a few minutes.. I used one of the wrenches and angled it so the wrench was rested against some metal part to "hold" the nut/bolt still while I loosend up the other end

Every post you have ever done on this forum makes absolutly no sense.. if your ideas are so superb.. then why has Formula One or FIA racing adapted any of these wild ideas ? because they dont work.. simple as that. and what does a golfball have to do with porting your head?? you planning on making dimples on your intake/exhuast valves?? Take the head off.. go to a flow bench.. and measure it.. using water or air.. and do it right.. this will measure the CFM .. then "prove it to us" SEE these?? this is REAL porting numbers..

Welp.. the N47/N42 combo powered by megasquirt and a watercooled T3 pooped out on me.. bad valve seals.. soo rather than changing the seals.. I went ahead and got a deal on a F54/P90a combo and swapped her in the car.. while it was out.. I decided.. ehh why not go Holset HY35W ... soo here's some pics of the fun and a video at the end !! Old Motor ready to be pulled Pulling the old motor out I look like a damn hippie Bye bye old motor Eck what a mess, I ended up pullin the tranny anyways Hahah cool NEW engine and tranny ready for drop in HOLY hell thats a big turbo the exhuast I welded up myself! hop on over to HybridZ and many have actually proven the stock 4-speed will handle more power than the stock 5-speed.. the type A 5-speed is the SAME as the 4-speeds just with an extra gear, and I dunno why but the linkage or something must be weaker.. very odd..

the bottom of the doors are door kick panels.. and the trim along the side of the doors under the window is to protect from door dings.. and I can tell you, having it be my daily driver, and parking in a garage everyday in downtown Denver at school, it protects my door from nasty dings. Plus they are all dealership options.. I kinda want the car to look SOME what original

6 bolts.. 2 under the side marker thing (behind the wheel well plastic) using the factory mouting brackets which holds the factory valence on 1 close to the front grill (well used to be grill) under the headlight scoop then same on the other side Oh and my air dam is Urethane plastic.. so it flexes and wont crack when I hit something

R200 LSD Options
the LSD only came in a Z31 86-87 if I recall.. soo the diffy you pulled from the other car is not an LSD unless your running gobs of power.. the R180 will be fine.. only advantage or disadvantage is the gearing ... 3.54 R180 from an automatic = slow acceleration, higher top speed, LONG gears 3.7 R200 - faster acceleration, higher RPM highway speeds etc Options? Locker or weld up the diffy Quaife LSD insert PowerBrute LSD insert
