Did you do the S12+8 upgraded calipers aswell? I’m hoping I don’t have too much issues with compatibility with these rotors.

Correct. Motorsport called me and stated it’s a 3 month backlog, but it was mailed out later that day. I’m guessing they are concerned about shipping being fubar but it’s usually a week turnaround. I’ll be pairing them with the S12-8 calipers after our snow storm in north Texas this week.

Removed front brake calipers, did adjustments to drum brakes, and adjusted the hood pins to get ready to move. many ideas how I can wire the fuel pump from the picture below?

It’s an R200 that came from a 280ZX. We painted it blue before the install.

16x7 wheels came in. I was emailed stating they’d be back ordered, but they arrived a week later.
  12. That’s the same kit on mine, only red and covered in dust lol
  13. I don’t know if there is rust under the fiberglass. I can check
  14. I figured as much
  15. From what I hear from the previous owner, bonded onto sheet metal
  16. I’ve searched this forum and can’t find the answer I’m looking for. How difficult would it be to remove a fiberglass body kit off of an S30? the current kit would need to be repainted, but I prefer the BRE style body kit complete with 240Z style bumpers. has anyone had any experience in this area. thanks!
  17. 1977 for my 280z. Just bought a new one off zstore
  18. I saw that. I cancelled the order
  19. I Purchased an order from PartsGeek for a new brake master cylinder. I received an email requesting copies of my drivers license, bills in my name, etc so they can process my order. this sounds very shady to me. They aren’t a bank, so I don’t see them taking fraud on a card serious. Has anyone else had weird interactions with them?

I’m at a work stoppage with the drum brakes. I’m upgrading the front discs to Toyota S-12-8. Putting a fresh coat of caliper paint on them.

Additional news: there is still some grip left on the fitting bolt I was able to remove it after blasting with penetrating oil.

Good news. A friend gave me his old rear drums from the 240z I sold him. I plan on taking the brake line from the and swapping the line that has the stripped fitting. Letting it sit with penetrating oil before I use the “correct” wrench to disassemble.

I believe this is the plate you are talking about, I haven’t put it back on yet.
