1971 HLS30-14938 "Lily" build
Oh, sorry didn't mean to offend anyone... I just thought it was related because you hammered too much. That wasn't mean to be political, but funny. I'll be careful

1974 Datsun 260z
Oh man, I do that all the time. My older sister doesn't drive the way I do, so I often find myself pressing very hard against the floorboard... Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

New boxes
Damn. It's crazy how much money you need to get a decent amount of tools. My previous boss had five hundred gran in tools! Granted, they're mostly all Snap-on (registered trademark), but with that money you could get a very nice piece of land! Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

[SOLD] 1971 240Z Original Restoration, 918 Orange - BAT
Problem with putting it on BaT or CL, is you never know who's gonna buy it... Could be some rich kid who'll crash it in a month. Putting it up here lowers that possibility... Now of course you'll find some well caring people on BaT and CL, but it's less likely. It all depends on how much you like your car, and how well you want it cared for. Home Built Z 'Full video build'
Oh yeah baby. The ability to pull pretty much anything is pretty damn nice... My dad's 2018 F350 can pull 3 times its own weight! Also, 8 foot bed. Don't need to have stuff sticking out. And if you don't need a big bed, you can put a toolbox and an extra fuel tank in it. Or you replace the bed with a flatbed to have even more space, or a crane, or a whole lot of toolboxes. You can do anything with a truck, really. Except maybe park in cities, but why the hell would anyone want to live in a city? Country living is the way to go [emoji41] In my case, I'm gonna be storing my Z in a 28ft cargo hauler converted into an rv. It's insulated, got a shower, a sink, and electricity. What more do you need? And of course I need a truck to pull it. Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Haha, just teasing you a bit. It looks like your UTE is North America's truck. Y'all even have country songs about them! Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Home Built Z 'Full video build'
Is that so? Don't you have midsize trucks like the f150, silverado 1500 or dodge 1500? Or full-size trucks either? What a weird country... Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Home Built Z 'Full video build'
Well, not really... The F150 is a Ford, midsize truck. The Hilux is a Toyota compact truck, which until the 90s was sold over in North America, then they replaced it with the Tacoma. Sorry for being a bit of a nag, I just had to fix that. Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Next Gen Z? I'd buy this....!
For once, I have to concede that a new car looks good. I don't like new cars. I only like older ones. But that is a perfect mix of old and new. I'd love to see that roaming our streets.

Motorman's Build
I feel like you'll make a whole lot more money if you sell it in ten years or so... I don't know how much storage is, but if you do store it you may get a whole lot more. Or it may cost a whole lot more to put it in storage then you'll ever get for it in ten years. Plus there's maintaining it... Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Hagerty: What to look for in a Z
Lol, to be honest I don't have the money right now... It will take at least a year (probably) before I get one, because I first wanna get a truck to pull the trailer I'll hide it in On top of that I'm not working, as we recently moved and still getting used to living on a ranch. I'll find my car in time, I just want to get the right one and for that, I'll keep lurking

Hagerty: What to look for in a Z
Clear and detailed answer, as expected from @Captain Obvious! Thank you very much. Guess I should stick with the round tops . Though I guess I could also slap on some aftermarket carbs.

So I saw a first gen 240z today...
Damn she was beautiful. Some kinda brown color, and really clean looking. Didn't have time to snap a pic though I know most of y'all have one already, but for me it's the first time I see an S30 in person! (There is a 280zx rusting close to where I live but they're not as cool...) Can't wait to actually own one!

Datsun-240z Vs Fairlady-z432
Wow. That's some hecka knowledge you dug up. Thanks for all that info! Also,@bartsscooterservice, what's wrong with the 280zx tranny? I heard the 280zx as a whole is a whale, but nothing bad about the transmission... I don't know much thought [emoji23] Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Perfectly legal pot
Hah! Government at its best. Why solve a problem when you can keep the problem alive and make loads of money? Same thing for the welfare state... The bureaucrats don't want to fix poverty cuz they won't have a job if they do! Sent from my OP 3T using Classic Zcar Club mobile
