New guy from Ohio
OK! Lets all take a breath! This is a Z site, we crave Z content, Some of us are interested in your automotive history and some are not. List the cars you have done, tell us where we can find them, and get to the Z content...The point here is: If you picked up a book about Neons and the first four pages were about A Gremlin, a Pacer, and a Mustang II would you keep reading it or put it back? What he is politely telling you is that your extensive and interesting automotive history is obviuosly posted elsewhere, let us know where and get to the Z content that brought you here. I don't mind hearing about and seeing a few details on previous cars-but ...a simple before and after with a mention of where more info could be found on the non Z projects would suffice... This is a Z community, most of us want to see what you are doing to your Z...Multiple posts of what you did to a Neon, a Honda, and a 240SX-while interesting, not what anyone comes here for-including you.

Here is something every Serious Z Enthusiast should be a part of!
This is something we as S30 enthusiasts should get fully behind, it will be bringiing the 240Z back into the lime light and the media...some of our own community are getting John Morton back in the saddle, to repeat and beat history, this is your chance to be a part of it... I am 100% behind this, and I hope to see you there! WIll

The sudden death of my closest friend Enrique Scanlon (EScanlon)
E and I started our friendship with an altercation on this very website-about a Z sold by a Z business and seemingly misrepresented-what a fight that was!. It is still in the archives here-toned down by those that moderated before us. As our friendship grew I would go back and revisit it and see just how much E was always himself-that thread was a glimpse of the things that made him a great man, conviction, understanding, and more. He was a great friend, blunt as the end of a Roadsters bumper, but always asking afterward to "pardon my French". He and I spoke regularly, and worked on several projects together through the phone and mail, from Grille emblems, the veneer Dashboard he made for his roadster, and even sharing ideas for the Portland Roadster Show. He was a sounding board for many things for me, and frequently brought up things I had not thought of-drawing from his past sales experience. He was a man I respected, admired, and asked for advice. He really, honestly wanted to help the Roadster and Z community, and his efforts are all over the archives in a few sites like this one and in the Portland Roadster Show, and in the Zs of everyone who saw the value of his posts.
