I think you could find one for $75 to $100 with some hunting around on the net. $150 is not a bad price, just high unless you need the head now! Will

Rick check out this link-everything is spelled out here for you, I don't think any member here will dissagree with this info. Don't forget the P90 page! http://geocities.com/zgarage2001/heads.html Will PS. check car-parts.com for the head, 81-82 if you want a P90, 1983 if you want the P90A-I think you can probably do a little better than $150

Bill, You are not a newbie! We covered that (true enough during your absence) recently on another thread, I even gave personal experience on how to get the best fit! I'll try to find the thread and paste it here(well in a new post on this thread)! Will

They must be from Holland, In't that vierd? (yes, I did watch "Austin Powers" again tonight! Paul, we have spun this tale around more lightly the first time. Every once in a while I get the urge to call in poker, and this was just a different variation of the same game. But it was mildly entertaining! Will

"I think we all know that some folks just don't have their heads squarely attached. The last message I received was purely gibberish. " I couldn't agree more, your statement certianly describes someone who has ever tried to sell a "Misc. Part", or an "assorted Z". I have never seen a part number for the first, nor a car actually sold as the second! The statement " I have several complete cars from 1972-1982-including the turbocharged variety, for sale, and many good mechanical and interior parts for the same cars." would have actually brought you more requests for specific information, and probably sales within the first 5 posts instead of what you got. I think a quick perusal of past posts to the ad forums will prove my point(s)! Check my Ebay feedback to see the seriousness of my inquiry, I have bought, and sold, and been effective at both! For your convenience I have included my stats: and they reside under the member name Connatser. Here are the replies! William, Sorry for any confusion. You will have to add $195.00 to the final bid price. We will take care of sending you the title overnight, bill of sale and buyers guide, holding car, inventory tax, etc. We will transfer the title out of the state of Missouri to you and pay for Missouri registration only. You will still have to pay for title transfer into your home state as well as any and all taxes imposed by your state. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on the car. Kind regards, Scott Brandt President MotoeXotica.com PS. Please click on the above link to get to my web site, its worth your trip! Dear MotoeXotica.com But, the question is still not answered. Does that mean you are not paying for what the ad states the $195 fee is collected for? Specificly, will I have to pay for transferring the title and an registering the car after paying your imposed fee. I qoute: "we have now found it necessary to impose a $195.00 acquisition fee to each car sold in the United States. This includes title transfer and registration fees," As I read that you will be collecting this fee primarily for taking care of transferring the title and registering the car after my purchase(I read that quote as I would a list of ingredients on a can of food, more of the contents of the can (FEE) are made up of the first listed ingredient than the second ingredient, and so on down the list). Thank you again for the favor of a reply. William Stokes ----- Original Message ----- From: MotoExotica@aol.com To: hls30@comcast.net Sent: Tuesday, May 25, 2004 3:39 PM Subject: Re: Question from eBay Member: Other Makes : All Models (2479570044) What the Missouri "Buyer" should say is resident. It means that a missouri resident will have to pay missouri sales tax. Out of state residents have to pay taxes according to their home state. Sorry for the confusion. Dan Hillebrandt www.motoeXotica.com In a message dated 5/25/2004 2:28:20 PM Central Daylight Time, hls30@comcast.net writes: Mr. Hilderbrant, Thanks for your reply! The pertinant part of your blurb is found under the second bullet under the title "Terms of Auction and Sale:", and reads as follows" "Any Missouri buyer must pay local MO sales tax and licensing fees. All other will do so in their home state." Here in Georgia, the payment of taxes and licensing fees is exactly what makes up registration-perhapse it is different in Missouri. William Stokes I have to give them credit for answering, and for answering honestly! But I still don't think I would buy from a seller who would play this game. Will

check this out, 400+ hp...
Very Pretty car, but no wiper arm assys, headlight washers from a 280ZX turbo, and a neat(and large) drip catcher under the front spoiler! Maybe that's why the discription is so short!

Dont know what to buy or how to install
What makes you think it needs an upgrade? (sloppy handling, bouncing long after a bump, drifting at high speed, money burning a hole in your pocket...) What you should do depends on what the car is not doing that you want it to do. What part f the ride is the issue? Will PS, what ever you do , don't buy any of theses! http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=10657&password=&sort=7&thecat=500

someone got their inheritance
......Or somebody is willing to publicly inflate their value in hopes of selling a factory restoration for a little less money! Money moves, fees are paid, car stays in the same garage- medium to long lived ebay ids with little or no activity-hmmm! Sounds a little like a rooster poot to me! if the price keeps going up, somebody does not want to lose his car... Will

why the weight differences?
First, Welcome to the club! :classic: :classic: You will find our arcives very helpful-if you use them! Second, The simple answers to your questions are: More stuff, and yes. a brief explanation of the answers is: The weight comes from strengthening the frame, adding mandated safety and epa- parts (Catalytic conveter, bigger bumpers with shock mounts). beefier differentials, stronger electrical devices(alternator, more wiring, heavier fuel pump, sway bars, bigger radiator, ...) more emissions controls, etc Adding weight always changes performance, it lowers the hp/weigh ratio. lowering acceleration times. It changes the roll center and the moment of inertia of the car, affecting the handling. Will
