View Advert 1971 Datsun 240z Purchased from original owners daughter. It was kept in the same garage since new and sat since 1999. I bought it and spent a year and a half bringing it back to life. Most anything that’s rubber has been replaced. Several minor parts also. Great paint job and body is flawless. Original color. Numbers match. 77,xxx miles. Runs perfect. Most under the hood is original. Interior is original minus the seats being recovered and carpet replaced,. No undercoating underneath so you can see what’s not hiding from you, also carpet is not attached so you can pull it up to inspect the pan. Beautiful example of an early Z. Two cracks in dash. Hey guys, I've got a 71 240z that's nearing the end of a restore and I'm having a hell of a time finding replacement bumpers for it and chroming is astronomical. The bumper consists of a main(front) part and two sides with two guards in the center. The guards have a rubber strip, each. The two sides have rubber strips.

I actually prefer the updated look with no holes or rubber, but I lucked out and found a one owner, carport kept 71 with 77k miles and I'm trying to keep it as true to form as possible.

SteveJ, where are you located? also, do you have a few pics of this on your car? Do you sell these/is this a company you represent?

Whee! Yes. Your picture is exactly the same set/style of bumper I'm dealing with. My best quote for chroming is $400/each bumper and $75 per bumper guard =$1,100.
