It is the clutch pedal return spring that I am looking for. I believe that the brake pedal return spring and clutch pedal return spring have the same part number but are both discontinued from Nissan.Thanks

Manual transmission conversion and i need the return spring to complete the project. If you have one or know a source for this please let me know

The valve and pistons

I'm using new 73 style pistons and want to upgrade cam to Comp Cams 280S-110 grind. The head has been surfaced at -.012. My main concern is valve clearance, I do plan to use cam tower shims but I'm unsure how many it might take to make this combination work. Thanks for your help. Specs for stock v. First post. So, I just pulled my head to begin major cylinder head and engine overhaul on my 165k 1973 240z, and found that the cam locating plate was broken in half. Car was running fine but very low compression across the board that motivated the rebuild. I'm unable to find a replacement. Checked with Courtesy Nissan and does not seem to be available or local dealers. Does anyone know of a source for this piece? Thanks for any advice or suggestions.
