"Brand new" 280Z
my FIL had a 300ZX AE that had been parked since 1992. About 3 years ago I pulled it out and got it running. Seeing it, my friend said "I have a neighbor that has a Z with no miles but he's not interested in selling". Last week my friend was talking to his neighbor who said he was ready to sell his car. The rest is history

ensys, I totally appreciate your critical take on this car. This car should not exist. I almost don't believe it and I can see the car in person!

Ok. Here are some more pictures. I am comfortable stating that the 350 miles are true. I pumped up the original tires and they held air! Released the brake and was able to push the car by hand. I was not expecting that!.- "Brand new" 280Z
Better pictures later today. I'm leaving in an hour to pick up the car. Good undercarriage shots will have to wait a week. I just had a new garage built (before knowing anything about this car) and the concrete was just poured on Monday. Can't put in the lift till next Saturday.- "Brand new" 280Z

Good eye. Apparently the owner noticed a ding in the left front fender when he got home. The dealer was going to putty the ding and re-paint the fender. The owner didn't want that, and had them give him a new fender. Apparently they gave him the new fender but didn't install it. He still has the original fender too. So I'll have a extra "Brand New" fender.- "Brand new" 280Z
I zoomed in on the picture with the odometer. There will be more pictures after I get the car home on Saturday- "Brand new" 280Z

Here is the engine plate. I won't have the door jam label until Saturday when I take physical delivery.- "Brand new" 280Z
Here are a few more pictures I took when I first looked at the car. I'll have more when I move it to my garage.- "Brand new" 280Z
I have spoken with the original owner quite a bit. when he got home with the car (he purchased it in Philadelphia) he noticed a small ding in the front fender. The dealer wanted to fill it with bondo and repaint it. Instead, he asked for and got a new fender. At that time he decided to go ahead and replace the front light buckets with fiberglass versions (to prevent rust) and the bumpers with something aftermarket. He also removed the radio to add a pioneer cassette deck and better speakers. He started these changes but was then laid off for awhile. He simply never finished the project. When he was ready for another car project, he moved to 4x4 trucks.- "Brand new" 280Z
I don't have a picture of the manufacture date, but the car was Inspected by the dealer on July 16, 1976- "Brand new" 280Z
There is an oddity to this Z. the color is light blue, which is color No. 305, but the color code on the radiator support is listed as 304 - which is gold. Is this a common error?- "Brand new" 280Z
the radio and bumpers were removed to upgrade to a pioneer cassette player and slimmer bumpers. That was never completed and the original parts are included. I take physical possession on Saturday so I'll have more pictures then. The things i don't have are the Hubcaps, window sticker or bill of sale.- "Brand new" 280Z
Hello everyone. I'm new to this group. This is because I just purchased a VERY Unique 1976 280Z. The thing that makes it unique is that it only has 350 miles. I purchased it from the original owner. it is in Fantastic condition. Now I have to decide what to do with this amazing find. It has been in clean storage since 1976. The car still has the original PA Inspection sticker, which expired in October of 1976. I'm looking for advice on how to properly restore and honor this car. - "Brand new" 280Z
