Brakes rubbing after remounting wheels
Did you re-install the backing plates with the coil overs? The plate will flex if not installed correctly. The fundamental install is the same. Did you have the coilovers installed/welded at a shop?

Re bleed needed?
Did you measure the depth of the existing rod on the old booster and compare it to the reman booster? If that’s not dialed in you won’t get the Mc travel from the pedal.

What were the compression readings by cylinder?

Not quite overheating
With all respect friend, these gauges are far from precise. New gauges are of course NLA. It would be interesting if you could try another gauge or better yet install a temporary or just take readings from the radiator itself. You might be just chasing a ghost. From what I’ve read in this thread you’re relying on a reading from a 40 plus year old gauge. My 2 cents

Not quite overheating
@Zed HeadI was going to ask the same question about the temperature readings. I assumed that after market gauges were aded in order to get the readings that were reported.

Re bleed needed?
We’re you extremely careful with the booster where the reaction disc didn’t fall out of position during installation? Common problem
