  7. With the cost of rebuilding/repairing these engines this day and age, putting a “T” in the system and being able to monitor the oil pressure at the engine is a life saver IMO. It’s inexpensive and just a piece of mind.

S30 texted me back a few days ago and said he was under the weather with some flu symptoms.
  12. Definitely swap the calipers! If you have the master cyl loose it wouldn’t hurt to check the depth. When I say apply grease I mean as little as possible. 1/4 turn longer. When you go to mount it you will know if it’s too tight. Long cue tip and a smidgen of grease at the base. I think you Will definitely find it’s the calipers being reversed.

  14. From what I see it’s off from the pics shown in the post you provided. Hopefully it could be that simple
  15. Have you tried the “old school hillbilly technique”? Just a blimish of white lithium grease on the Mc piston. Once you find evidence on the booster rod itself give it another 1/4 turn and you should be dead on.
  16. Is it 11:35 on the distributor or 12:35 On the oil pump shaft? I need to go back and look.
  17. Could those possibly have been a rendition of a Appliance wheel somehow?

  22. No worries, once you ohm it out you will know right away. These cars have a ton of connections and by the time you’re done you will have a good understanding. IIt takes time and patience. Record everything you check.
  23. What did you find out when you measured the links with your meter?
  24. If those are near the passenger side shock tower I believe they were for the factory AC system. Something to do with the vacuum solenoids/vacuum bottle. My 78 has them and they were not connected. Had the same mess you are dealing with.
