Harbor freight Daytona 3 ton $200 on sale is a great jack.
  2. Not sure how to answer this. Did you isolate the connections on the pump. Meaning it’s not a good idea IMO to just throw power to the circuit without isolating the component being tested.
  3. Can you give us a better idea on how you isolated the pump wiring in order to test tje pump.
  4. Have you tried to connect 12volts directly to the pump with a known good ground circuit. Just to remove that variable. Identify the pump is at least running. Doesn’t mean it’s a good/functional pump but you at least know it’s not locked up/frozen.

Perfect, I’ve searched everywhere I know of with no luck. Is there a Carpartsmanul for ZX’s out there somewhere? Thanks for the information!

Hmmm, saw a post on AtlanticZ talking about that. Now where to find an older shift rod......

Trying to locate the Nissan p/n for this shifter bushing. All I can find is the older style bushings for 70-78 transmissions. I have a FS5W71B close ratio from a ZX. Courtesy gave me a couple of p/n’s but we’re the older type bushings. I’ve got another order going to them and want to add the bushings. Appreciate the help!
  14. I found a set on eBay that are supposed to fit the 280 series. Another member here just put a set on his car. I assume you would want a progressive spring right?
  15. What offset and tire size are you referencing?
  16. Has anyone had experience with the vogtland and eibach springs as a comparison on lowering a 280? Huge bumpers removed therefore riding even higher than stock. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Installing a pressure gauge between the filter and fuel rail is a great diagnostic tool for monitoring your delivery. Inexpensive and will provide diagnostic feedback for the fuel system. IMO

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge in series to monitor your pressure? I’ve scanned back through the post but did not see where you mentioned fuel pump pressure/activity etc.
  19. Good Deal mine came back with primer only! Man Needs a break Now and Then!!
  20. ZX brackets work well. The idler is a separate component but attaches to the bracket it’s an assembl. Much smaller than the dealer add-on that came on my 78. Just an option.
  21. That’s great, glad that worked out for you. Probably won’t have the ZX booster for long😃

    PCV valve. Crankcase Ventilation
  23. For the long runs “frame rails” etc. I used a small section of hangar wire to attach along the hose in order to reach back in to the area being treated. Also comes in handy to make those awkward bends that allow good access to different areas of the car.
  24. @siteunseen, Does that product need to be neutralized after the application?
  25. Yarb replied to jfa.series1's post in a topic in Help Me !!
Could it be an early version of a Neutral safety switch?
