[2023] What Did You Do To/with Your Z Today?
Had many issues with my kit. I bought the performance pipe instead of a header. None of it fit right. They told me they have never had a complaint. Had to take it to a muffler shop where they cut it every where.

Better Than Bondo??
Speaking of POR15, I’m sure most folks here have bought a can no matter the size, Use it once and attempt to reseal it the best you can only to find out a while later that when you finally get the can open that expensive POR 15 is dried up!! Went to a fellow members shop in Al. No it was not @siteunseen!! Kenny showed me a trick that was passed on to him. When you buy a new can Don’t open it. Take a punch one hole on each side of the lid. Take two lag screws and put ‘em in. When you’re ready to pour remove both screws. Pour out what you need in a disposable cup, reinstall the screws flip it upside down to seal the screws and you’re ready for next time. He’s had this can for over a year and used it multiple times. Maybe it’s an old trick but a first for me. Hope that helps someone out there.

1978 280Z - Won't restart when hot, all interior gauges, fan motor, backlighting not working
The brass adapter is 45 not 90 degrees. To tight to use a 90 degree adapter.

Did you consider ordering the tee fitting where you will get a true pressure reading with the mechanical gauge? The adapter came from Glow Shift Gauges. The gauge and brass adapter Amazon. I had heard GlowShift sells on Amazon. Bought it directly from them. Have a p/n somewhere if needed.

Camshaft Oil Spray Bar Redesign and Rebuild
With the cost of rebuilding/repairing these engines this day and age, putting a “T” in the system and being able to monitor the oil pressure at the engine is a life saver IMO. It’s inexpensive and just a piece of mind.

Friend that’s cheap insurance! The you can rule that variable out. Personally I wouldn’t crank that engine again.

Brake booster push rod adjustment
Definitely swap the calipers! If you have the master cyl loose it wouldn’t hurt to check the depth. When I say apply grease I mean as little as possible. 1/4 turn longer. When you go to mount it you will know if it’s too tight. Long cue tip and a smidgen of grease at the base. I think you Will definitely find it’s the calipers being reversed.

From what I see it’s off from the pics shown in the post you provided. Hopefully it could be that simple

Brake booster push rod adjustment
Have you tried the “old school hillbilly technique”? Just a blimish of white lithium grease on the Mc piston. Once you find evidence on the booster rod itself give it another 1/4 turn and you should be dead on.
