Well, I have the pics fromo the other side, and of the A pillar, but they wont upload correctly, the file is corrupted I think. I have to get another disk and try again, hopefully its not my camera. I am going to try again tomorrow though.

I defintely think I got a good deal on the car, I bought it practically sight unseen. I bought it at night, completely dark(stupid, I know) It was the only time I saw it before I bought it. It had to be jumped, but started right up after sitting for 6 months, made it the 20 miles home with no problem. I had a smile on my face the whole way! The drivers door window regulator was broke and the window was down halfway when I got it, I think that didnt help the rust situation, she said it had been broke for some time. You are making me feel better though, thanks a lot. I work at a Ford dealership selling parts, I dont get many kind words about my car here. Im just waiting for the day one of them is broke down on the side of the road...Ill be happy to give them a ride in my "rice-grinder" :classic: Thanks again.

OK, I need some expert opinions. I bought my 73 z two years ago, and havent done much as far as major overhauls of any sort. I finally am to a point to where I might be able to put some money into my baby. I paid 1200 for the car, which I think was a steal since it has been a dialy driver ever since. My question is this, I need to know whether the rust, and or body condition is good, bad or ugly. Should I use this one for my project, or try to find another one and use this one for parts? I am sentimental to this one, keep in mind, so I would love to see it completed. I have quite a few pics in my gallery and need to put some more in of the A pillar, which has a lot of body filler on it, which is cracking badly. Other that that, there isnt really any major damage, except the primored fender on the passenger side. And another question, has anyone had any luck with the dash caps, full or half, from Motorsport? I would rather try to find one without cracks, but have a feeling that would be quite a search. Thanks in advance!

I am having problems with my gallery. I uploaded 30 pics or so, some made it in, some didn't. I waited for a while for the other pics to show up, but they never did. And usually, when I went into my gallery It would not bring up any pics, only the descriptions. Now it says there are no pics in my gallery at all. Do I need to do it all over again??? Please say no...It wasnt easy prying my wife from the computer for an hour and a half!

  9. My prayers go out to you as well. I have beeb through 3 different cancers with my father, and recently, a stroke which has left him in a wheelchair unable to take care of himself. The ride to the hospital makes you realize how much they mean to you, when you think they are gone. My father has told me he doesnt think it is worth going on, and I know he hasn't much time left. I am lucky in the sense that I was given the opportunity to tell him how much I loved him. And yes, if anyone out there doesnt have a good relationship with their parents, work on it, you will regret it forever if you dont. Im very sorry for your loss.
