was not meant to be "in your face". I used to have a 3.0L stroker motor and used to frequent this board back then. The Z has been in storage for the past 2 years, waiting for the owner (me) to figure out what the heck i'm going to do with it.

i had 17X8's with 235/45's and had to roll the fenders.. but they fit..the rear barely fit.. they had like 5 inches of back spacing if i remember

nice wheels, wondered how those would look. i was looking at those but went with panasport. haha now i'm going flared fender so....

just to chime in on this... wheel balance!!! Z's are notorious for feeling a wheel that is slightly out of balance. my wheel balance has to be spot on to not feel it.... even if a shop tells you they are balanced, ask them when's the last time they callabrated the machine.

i have a 3.9 LSD.. used to have a 3.54, great for highway, but horrible for track, it was too tall for my liking..

ditto on that.. i bought one of his tuning videos awhile back.. helped a great deal. is the timing correct? valves adjusted? Getting good spark from the coil? (that gremlin cause me a track day once)

i'm just running a 3into2 header w/3 inch exhaust... then i'm using a universal Topspeed muffler... little on the loudside, but its sounds amazing..
