    "Because your modern 240SX LSD uses 12mm gears to secure the ring gear you ought to be looking at getting an R200 rear end from an 84-9 300ZX because the 75-83 R200 have their ring gear attached by 10mm bolts like the R180." Or you could just use a spacer,12mm outter diameter, 10mm inner diameter, get a couple of these put the bolt through them then through the lsd, then bolt it into the gear.

    If I buy a r200 powerbrute lsd for 12mm gear bolts, what would I need to do to put it on my z? I currently have a r200 with 10mm gear bolts, if i need to change diffs what diff do i need and what axles do i need?

    Couldnt get my headlights to turn on yesterday and I was wondering if anyone has a fuse box diagram and could tell me what fuse to check. If you know of anything else that could of occured please enlighten me. Thanks.

    Story: was at a driving event and in the middle I notice my clutch is engaging really wierd, I had to push it all the way down to get it to engage. I pull into the pits, its very very low on clutch fluid so I fill it up. I go back out, its spongy then starts to stiffen up. Then I go dry again, and can not shift at all. So I add fluid and Bleed the clutch, This works until I notice it going spongy again. I call it quits then. That is whats leaking, for reference, that picture is taken upside down. The J on Japan is facing the rear of the car. When I push down the clutch a jet of fluid will squirt out of their. It leaks out of that rubber boot.
  11. I've heard you dont really gain much from those set ups, slightly better throttle response and about 2 hp max rpm. Dunno, would probally save the 125 for a rainy day.

  16. Question, since the 3 pieces are used by the drivers side rear. If those were to be tweaked, wouldnt the drivers side be tweaked? Because its perfectly fine. Dunno, just thought about it last night.
  17. I got the adjustable ones, and I have it maxed on the toe out, and there is still some toe in... and now there is allot of camber to. I'll get some pics up tommorrow.

  20. Alright, I got the bushings on and still have some toe in and now I have some more camber. I'm wondering whats tweaked this so bad, the only things that could be causing this is the A arm or hub, right? So if I got a new A-arm and new struthousing/hub it should straighten out?
  21. Blowtorched it and got it out, thanks for the idea though.
  22. Swapping out my shocks and when I go to unscrew the top strut housing perch I broke off the octagonal piece. So now I have nothing to wrench on and it is threaded inside of the strut housing. Plan 1 for tommorrow is to jb weld the piece back on, plan 2 is to try and drill the piece back on and try and wrench on the piece. If anyone has any bright ideas, please chime in.

    exponential springs s00k anyways, Im in the middle of installing my shocks, but I broke off the top piece of the strut housing that holds the shock in, so I have no idea how I'm going to unscrew that piece.

    Ebay, just illumina shocks is like 400 shipped. When you say 130 do you mean per shock? Or for a set of 2?
