I am in the process of putting in a new upgraded fuse box from MSA in my 71. The 2 big fat wires have identical plugs on them and identical coloring (white with red strip). Are these interchangeable? How do I tell which wire goes to what? TIA, Marty

Hi Kats, My HLS30-05341 blt 6/70, and HLS30-18420 blt1/71, both had the round knobs for the choke. The one on the70 was cracked. Only the square type are available as replacements. Fortunately, the knob on the 71 is still in good shape. I'll try to post a couple of pictures of it. Kats, are the choke/throttle assemblies still available in Japan? They sure are hard to come by over here! Marty

SEM Vinyl dye is the way to go. That stuff is great. I painted my drivers door panel 4-5 years ago and it still looks like new. Marty

Does anybody with good knowledge of 240Z's live near Moorpark, CA? From the maps, it looks to be slightly Northwest of LA, near Simi Valley. Anyway, I am looking into buying a 240 over there and need someone to check it out for me. If you know your Z's and could help out another Z nut, please let me know. TIA, Marty
