I think i would have to agree that by the time I fork out the $$$ for the cradle, wizz around getting the thing mounted it probly wont handle any better than a well set up z rear end anyway and I'll be wishing i never attempted it!
Yeah that is the one! Would love to know what it handles like with this conversion. Had a look under an r33 and it does appear to have a wider track than the 240 and it also has a second set of mounts towards the front of the car that would have to be fabricated. The other thing to consider would be the length of the shocks/struts, if they were the same length they should bolt straight in if you used a camber adjustment plate to convert the 3studed strut tops to 2 studded?
I read in here some time ago about someone who had installed the entire rear suspesion cradle (diff, axels, brakes, wishbones, etc) from a R33 skyline into a 240z, can't find any info on it now though. Has anyone else done this conversion? Would like to know how much fabrication is needed etc. sure would make for a bullet proof rear end!!!
