what has to happen to get sponsered? I would asseme that you'd have to have the product on or in the car. Then win some races, but how do I let the company know that I'm winning. Pic's, video, etc.? Just need some info for future use. Thanks :rambo:
  3. Panasports are pretty much the same wheel, right? I know for sure these rims will fit B/C everyone has them.....Overseas that is.:tapemouth
  4. That is awsome Pennyman, I have Tak's car. AE86, I raced a guy with an RX-7 and beat him. (No mods on my car) He had a wing and I think some engine work. But anyway I'll have to keep a lookout for that game in the arcade. Untill then...Initial D will rule the arcade and make Dance Dance Revolution look like a kiddie game. Happy Motoring.

Konig has these "Rewinds" that look pretty sweet, but they don't say what bolt pattern they come in. Can you tell me if they do come in 114.3mm? A thousond thanks.
  7. Whats up Pennyman, yeah, my icon is from Wangan Midnight. Most people think I got it off the game Automodalista. Probably because it looks like it was cellshaded. I can't wait to play the game. But, I don't think it will make it to the states anytime soon.:tapemouth
  8. I'd run midgrade maybe for a couple of weeks the switch to premium and see if their is a significant change.

My point exactly.....the ZX was a 300ZX in the "Ridgemont High" movie. Maroon color, I think. The scene is at night, but damn if it wasent sweet looking. Window vents and all.....
  10. Honk, honk. Just wanted to say "Waaassssaaabie!"

What about Takumi Fujiwara's car...the Trueno Sprinter Apex GT Twin Cam? (AE86) Next to the 240Z, I think this car was the best in the lower hp races. I would always start with this car. Did they switch out the 86 for the Levin? (probably because the Levin is turbocharged out of the factory.) :stupid: When is the game due to hit the shelfs?

That sounds like a better deal. But, isen't the RB26 and the 2JZ pretty much the same engine? ( In line 6 and all?)

I got mine from a guy I work with. He just didn't have the time for it. So I baught it off him and traded another car for it. ( A 1984 Ford Escort Wagon) It was running and the Z wasn't. So I told him the Ford was worth $200 and that I'd buy the Z if he knocked off $200. He agreed and said that it wasn't worth the hasell to figure out what was wrong. Just a bad ignition switch. :tapemouth Have fun trying to find your Z. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.:classic:

$300 here. The guy couldn't get it to run....this whole time it was the ignition switch. She runs like a champ now. "Carberated 280ZX L28 in a 240z was a piece of cake to swap" he said, but now I have to pull it all back out(now that I know it runs) to rebuild the engine with performance parts from MSA, NOPI and Victoria British. He got the engine out of a 83 ZX sitting in a junkyard. "It had been there for a couple of months and the guy who owned it before said he just had too many problems with it starting and running for a couple of years." So, I think it was a good deal, someone had already done the wrench work to start. Now I have to pull the engine and put what I want in it. By the way, how would I go about swapping the L engine for e RB26DET? I heard that at least one person has successfully completed his. Besides the motor, what other shits would I have to do to the 240? (prep-work, welding new motor mounts..ect.?) Thanks for reading my thread.....
