San Diego, huh? looks like me and the family will have to take some leave this summer when I get my new Truck. Could he hook me up with some NOS? I just want like a 150 shot, ya know, something small. Does he port and polish also? That would be so sweet. Can you get in contact with your friend, Ed? Does he have an e-mail or website? I'd really like to see some of his work. Remember, I'm going for the sleeper look (besides the hood scoop :bandit: ) Thanks a lot Ed, keep in touch.

Any competitive solo2 BSP Zs out there?
Lets put it this way....I'd like to do both. Street and autoX. I will be sparing no expence. How fast you want to go is depended on how much money you want to spend. For instance: an RB26dett engine, bride seats, carbon fiber hood, cowl, dashboard, and rear hatch door. 5 lug conversion feather weight SSR 16x6 in the front and 16x7 in the rear, all wheel disk brakes by brembo, BFGoodrich T/A tires for the street, and Baby Hoosiers for the track. Nothing spared!! No shortcuts or skimping on the hardware. I am also building a rotisery so I can take care of the rust and reinforce the frame. I really want to put this front strut brace bar in and I think it will take some fabricating and welding. Thanks for the advice. Happy Motoring! http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=7052&password=&sort=1&thecat=500 Click on this to see the strut bar.

"The Run"
Nissans website had a teaser trailer about 7 months ago, I was very excited about it comming out. It was like the best thing next to "Getaway in Stolkhome" 1 and 2. That is what I thought it was. #3 in the series. Is it really good? I'd have to ask the Wife to buy it for me and save it for when I get back.

Awsome car!!!!!!!
I think this guy was watching Fast and Furious and thought "Hey those cars look awsome, but all I have is this Z. I'll just make it look like the ones in the movie." What a waste of a good car/parts car. I think someone could have done a better job. My $0.02. :tapemouth  :dead:

I'll go with the supercharger! I was looking in a Eblebrock catalog and they have a crate motor 350cid with 330hp. I'm pretty sure that they are a good company. I'm lookin' to smoke this guy I work with. He has a 280ZX and rumor has it that he is putting a turbo in his. (what type of engine he's putting a turbo on is not certin) I hope that I don't have to cut the hood to make room for the air filter. Going for the sleeper look this time.:cheeky: I'll have to do some more homework on this. (it will be nice to :dead: his 280ZX with my 240) He will be so crushed, and I like a good smack-down on someone who thinks he is the $^!#. More as it developes......

Ouch!
Any crash you walk away from was a good one! But again sad for the car. where there is imagination, there is hope for another car! They should bring back the old body style! (looks like a shark from the front)

Have you seen a 350cid supercharged or even forced inducted (turbo)? I know that youd probably have to have horsepower to make horsepower with these conversions, but does that mean that power steering will take some hp away from the motor?:stupid:

Will an Oldsmobile 350 fit? CAn I go bigger? You know, bigger is better. I thought of an RB, then to a 2JZ, but I think for my budget, I'd have to go with a 350 cid. Any thoughts?:tapemouth

Brakes leaking
I love my wife, but like most wifes, she dosen't know about the car. I'll have to try it when I get back. Have you heard about the 5 lug conversion? I was going to go with that because the front comes with 5 lug a brake pads. I can kill 2 with one, but they cost about $400 a pair. The rear is done to your half shafts. They cost about $110. Not bad?

Have you tried talking to Victoria British? They have a catalog where you can see the seats and maybe they have the same style as yours? Just trying to lend a hand.

Brakes leaking
Hey guys, whats up? Been away on duty. My wife tells me how my "Lady" is doing all the time. Today she told me that the front and back brakes are leaking fluid on the drivers side. I asked her if she could see where it was coming from. She said that there is a "nipple" on the caliper where its coming from. copuld the fitting just need to be tighten, or do I have to do a drake bleed when I get home? :tapemouth

240 and 260 front options
I am trying to change it a little and make it look more aggresive. On the other hand, I don't want to go overboard. Thanks for your comment, Dead Roman. I'll try working a little more on the curvature of the front.

240 and 260 front options
For those of us who are looking for a lot more options for a body kit, I have come up with this for starters. (yes, I got the original picture from someone on this site...by the way thanks for posting it.) I haven't come up with the back roll pan design, but the whole thing will be done in due time. Take a look, any comments that you might have (posative or negative) will speed my design plans and maybe put into production. Thanks to everyone who reads this. Happy Motoring.
