I am in the process of removing the N33 intake and webers on my 1973 z and installing SU's from a 1972. I have the complete set up (E88 intake - carbs - and linkage) from the 1972. My problem is that the rod that the bell crank is mounted on is shorter than the 1972 bell crank. The 1973 uses a shorter profile bell crank. It appears that the rod is welded into the firewall bracket and the bracket is spot welded to the firewall. I am hoping that one of the members has done this mod and has found a solution. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Does anyone know if this will work with my flux capacitor? I'm currently running 1.21 gigawatts. I'd snap up this deal, but all my money is tied up in ginsu knives - the ones with the space age polymer handles. Jim
